It's been a pleasure to rent a car with Vima! It was uncomplicated and the car was like new. We rented the car from Colonia St. Jordi and we're driven to the car rental in Cala Figuera. Recently used Vima for a week in Mallorca. The service was impeccable. Quick handover at the airport car park by a very helpful member of the team. Car was immaculate and very competitive on price. Drop off back at the airport was seemless. Whole experience was stress free, wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time we visit.

Third time we have booked a car via Vima Rent a car. The take over of the car at the airport was as always quite easy and uncomplicated. The car was quite new and perfect. We had a great time and the return of the car was so easy and relaxed. We had no problems but I am sure the service in case of problems would be perfect. I had to extend our rent due to a flight cancellation and after a nice call it was no problem at all. Very easy pickup, only took 5 minutes. No hardsell for unwanted extra insurance. Car was nice, clean, new and only 16,000KM. Return process was simply leave the car on floor3 with the keys. Would use Vima again. Fuel policy is return at the same level, which I prefer.
Can a local firm outcompete global heavyweights? Vima proves it can. We've experienced attentive staff, no queues on arrival and departure, a clean car in great condition, simple and fair pricing, and hassle-zero checking in and out. I'd only recommend better signage to the meeting point in a huge covered parking lot, but once you're there, everything is frictionless. Keep up the good work, Team Vima!
