I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. Despite returning the vehicle on time at the airport with no damages, they refused to refund my EUR300 deposit. The representative I dealt with was extremely rude and unwilling to discuss the issue. He did not respond to my calls or messages, leaving me completely in the dark.This company's behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly advise others to avoid renting from them, as they seem more interested in keeping your money than providing a fair and transparent service. Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

Hired a car here for 2 days, on the first day had a puncture and got stuck on the highway. Called Sergio who was very kind to help and call out the mechanic and get me back on the road. Nico called me and asked if I was okay. Both these guys are amazing and I would highly recommend this rental place, also very very reasonably priced.

A refreshingly chilled out car hire experience. We wanted a car for the day to explore the north of the island and picked Eivissanm based on other good reviews, and with it being so close to our hotel. We chose the Corsa, which did the job for a great daily rate. The hire process was smooth and there were no hidden extra costs for insurance etc, unlike others I have used in the past! Thanks guys for helping us have a great day out
Nicolas was extremely good and great to bargain with. We did a cash deal and he delivered a reliable car that took us all over Ibiza to see the sites and historical places. Had no issues while in ibiza. The staff were friendly and considerate. The car was old but drove well. I hired the dark grey corsa diesel. However I had a problem getting my EUR300 deposit back. Over two weeks later and it just remained pending and I had to get my bank to cancel the transaction which was a lot of work and pursausion. I dont blame Eivissanm directly , they tried to resolve it but their banking merchant has issues with foreign banks. Beware, you may have issues getting your deposit returned in 7 days as promised, it can take over 31 days if your bank wont cancel the transaction.
