Wir haben ein Auto gemietet , leider hab ich schlechte Englisch Kenntnisse aber es hat funktioniert - der Inhaber kann deutsch hat es aber zuerst nicht bemerkbar gemacht was ich schade fand. Auto bekommen ca 40 km gefahren bis die Ol Lampe anging und ESC da stand ,auch das Auto wurde langsamer - beschleunigte nicht mehr ,standen am Seitenstreifen und riefen den Besitzer an - er meinte wir konnen weiterfahren . Am nachsten Tag haben wir durch unser Hotel anrufen lassen - der Besitzer meinte wieder wir konnen fahren - doch das Auto zeigte wieder Ol Warnsignal so das wir das Auto zuruck brachten - der Inhaber meinte es sei die Elektronik auf deutsch .. Hauptsache er ist vollgetankt. Ich finde dieses Verhalten nicht kundenfreundlich. Danke fur nix.
We rented a car, unfortunately I have poor English skills but it worked - the owner can speak German but didn't notice it at first, which I thought was a shame. The car was driven for about 40 km until the oil light came on and ESC was there, the car also slowed down - no longer accelerated, stood on the shoulder and called the owner - he said we can continue driving. The next day we called our hotel - the owner said we could drive again - but the car showed an oil warning signal again so we brought the car back - the owner said it was the electronics in German .. the main thing he has a full tank. I don't find this behavior customer-friendly. Thanks for nothing.
Wir haben uns einen Polo gemietet. Die Preise waren sehr fair. Abgeholt wurden wir sogar direkt vom Hotel und konnten das Auto im Anschluss dort auch wieder stehen lassen. Den Schlussel konnten wir an der Rezeption einfach abgeben. Der Herr, der uns abgeholt hatte, war ruhig und freundlich. Der andere Mann, mit welchem wir den Vertrag abwickelten, sprach sogar deutsch und war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Sehr nett und insgesamt eine unkomplizierte und vertrauensvolle Vermietung.
We rented a Polo. The prices were very fair. We were even picked up directly from the hotel and were able to leave the car there afterwards. We were able to simply hand over the key at reception. The gentleman who picked us up was calm and friendly. The other man with whom we concluded the contract even spoke German and was also very friendly. Very nice and overall an uncomplicated and trustworthy rental.
Service rapide et efficace, nous avons pu louer une petite voiture pour 2 jours en moins de 10 minutes. Personnel peu bavard mais tres professionnel.
Fast and efficient service, we were able to rent a small car for 2 days in less than 10 minutes. Staff not very talkative but very professional.
Despues de llamar de un numero a otro y mandar un correo para alquilar un coche en agosto nos dicen que no nos pueden decir precios porque a esas fechas (primera semana de julio) literalmente: " queda mucho para agosto y no se a que precio estara" obviamente con esa frase ya supe donde no queria alquilar el coche.
After calling from one number to another and sending an email to rent a car in August they tell us that they cannot tell us prices because at that time (first week of July) literally: "There is a lot left until August and I don't know what price it will be." "Obviously with that phrase I already knew where I didn't want to rent the car.

Very friendly staff, quick service and we could easily leave the car at the hotel at the end of the stay and they picked it up, great service!! I would really recommend this company if you want to rent a car.
Tres bonne experience avec Isla Blanca. Aucune mauvaise surprise, nous avons paye la location de voiture et rien de plus. Nous avions la moitie du plein a notre arrivee, il fallait rendre la voiture avec le plein similaire, pas d'assurance en Plus, le prix etait pour tout inclus. Parfait.
Very good experience with Isla Blanca. No bad surprises, we paid for the car rental and nothing more. We had half a tank when we arrived, we had to return the car with a similar tank, no insurance Plus, the price was for everything included. Perfect.
Everything's been perfect: good prices, well kept cars, helpful and friendly staff.
