Me fastidiaron las vacaciones. Planifique con antelacion todos los detalles y alquile un coche para un lunes de agosto. Por motivos personales necesitaba adelantar mi reserva al domingo, y al contactar con la sucursal me contestan en la centralita de Granada, una chica majisima. Explico el caso y me dice que no hay problema en ampliar la reserva, que lo unico es que la sucursal de Cadiz esta cerrada por vacaciones hasta el mismo lunes (en agosto, no doy credito) pero que algun companero me lo dejara preparado con las llaves en el buzon. El cobro lo hicieron bien rapido, pero llegado el domingo ni llaves, ni nadie que me contestara al telefono y datos del coche. El lunes llamo a primera hora (se supone que el coche estaba listo para la reserva del domingo) y me dicen que no me pueden atender hasta las 11, cuando la sucursal en teoria abre a las 10 para poder recoger el coche, alegando que estan en una reunion y "no piensan interrumpirla para atenderme a mi", clienta que YA ha pagado su reserva. Todo un fiasco. Tuve que cancelarlo todo y estar 2 dias sin coche, habiendo hecho una reserva previamente. Obviamente, nada recomendable si quieres tener tranquilidad.
My vacation was ruined. I planned all the details in advance and rented a car for a Monday in August. For personal reasons I needed to advance my reservation to Sunday, and when I contacted the branch they answered me at the Granada switchboard, a very nice girl. I explain the case and he tells me that there is no problem in extending the reservation, that the only thing is that the Cadiz branch is closed for holidays until Monday (in August, I do not give credit) but that a colleague will leave it ready for me with the keys in the mailbox. They made the payment very quickly, but when Sunday arrived, there were no keys, nor anyone to answer my phone or car information. On Monday I call first thing in the morning (supposedly the car was ready for the reservation on Sunday) and they tell me that they cannot attend to me until 11, when the branch theoretically opens at 10 to be able to pick up the car, claiming that they are in a meeting and "they don't plan to interrupt it to attend to me", a client who has ALREADY paid for her reservation. Quite a fiasco. I had to cancel everything and be without a car for 2 days, having previously made a reservation. Obviously, not recommended if you want to have peace of mind.
El coche al recogerlo tuve que lavarlo porque estaba muy sucio yel interior igual. Espere 45 min para poder llevarmelo ya que estaba ocupado y al entregarlo estaba todo en orden y luego me penalizan con 75EUR porque decian que olia a tabaco. Muy decepcionada
When I picked it up I had to wash it because it was very dirty and so was the interior. I waited 45 minutes to be able to take it since it was busy and when I delivered it everything was in order and then they penalized me with EUR75 because they said it smelled of tobacco. Very disappointed
Todo ha sido magnificamente gestionado y a nuestra entera satisfaccion. La recogida y entrega del vehiculo han sido rapidas y comodas. El vehiculo estaba en perfectas condiciones aunque con el deposito de combustible casi vacio y sin lavar. El precio y condiciones de alquiler han sido correctas y las dudas eficazmente resueltas en conversacion telefonica. Totalmente recomendable.
Everything has been magnificently managed and to our complete satisfaction. The collection and delivery of the vehicle has been fast and comfortable. The vehicle was in perfect condition although the fuel tank was almost empty and unwashed. The price and rental conditions have been correct and doubts have been effectively resolved in a telephone conversation. Totally recommended.
Un service barato y eficiente, donde puedes recoger y entregar el coche incluso en domingo fuera de horario de oficina.

Horrible experiencia, no tenian disponible la furgoneta cuando fuimos a recogerla,porque la persona anterior que la habia alquilado llevaba dos dias de retraso en su devolucion. Aun asi mandaron un mensaje recordatorio el dia previo y nadie nos aviso de que el mismo dia de la reserva seguia sin estar disponible. La unica solucion que nos dieron era esperar para ver si habia suerte y la devolvian, estuvimos esperando 3 horas con todo el traslado de mercancia pendiente y finalmente tras insistir, nos sugieren que cambiemos la reserva a otro dia ya que no habia furgonetas similares disponibles. No aceptamos y pedimos la cancelacion y devolucion del pago. Se que no es culpa de la empresa, pero si lo es el trato que nos han dado, lo normal es compensar por los perjuicios ocasionados, pero nada, absolutamente nada. Una empresa asi debe tener unos protocolos para compensar al cliente en estos casos y aun mas, para no hacerle esperar toda la manana, sin ningun aviso. Una sensacion horrible, no le hemos importado nada en absoluto. ?Sera porque alquilabamos solo un dia y no le compensamos?
Horrible experience, they did not have the van available when we went to pick it up, because the previous person who had rented it was two days late in returning it. Even so, they sent a reminder message the day before and no one notified us that it was still not available on the same day of the reservation. The only solution they gave us was to wait to see if we were lucky and they would return it, we were waiting 3 hours with all the merchandise transfer pending and finally after insisting, they suggested that we change the reservation to another day since there were no similar vans available. We do not accept and request cancellation and return of payment. I know that it is not the company's fault, but if the treatment they have given us is, the normal thing is to compensate for the damages caused, but nothing, absolutely nothing. A company like this must have protocols to compensate the client in these cases and even more so, to not make them wait all morning, without any notice. A horrible feeling, we have not cared about us at all. Is it because we only rented for one day and we didn't compensate you?
Buena experiencia, atencion buena aunque el coche era un poco antiguo, pero la relacion calidad-precio, muy buena.
