I had to return the car on a Sunday without talking to a representative (Sunday is not a working day), which wasn't a good experience. Inside the train station, there is a dedicated place on Europacar booth, to leave keys along parking ticket, bu the fact that i haven't spoken with personell, and looked the car together. Another thing on Cadiz train station, there is no dedicated parking space for Europacar cars, which is not good as you have to leave car on a random parking place. Make sure that you take a lot of photos!!

Very friendly personal at the counter. We are family of 4 and we initially got a VW TROC with 2 doors. It was obviously too small for us. We complained and got a huge Peugeot BT for no difference in price. The man has given me a tour of the parking and showed me one by one all available car and let us chose the one we found appropriate. I went all the reservation online and even did the online check-in. Indeed documents were ready and all the process was quick (besides the back and forth with changing the car).

I give them a 1 for not being able to give them a 0. We rented a car and signed a contract to pick it up on a Friday at 1500 in Cadiz and deliver it on Sunday at 1500 in Santiago. Finally we delivered the car 4 hours ahead of schedule, and after completing the rental they charged us 150, completely changing the conditions of the contract (applying price per km, changing the terms under which the vehicle had been rented) because They claim that we delivered it ahead of time. The word scoundrel is an understatement. They have lost 5 clients in one fell swoop to thieves. I hope this is done by everyone who gets ripped off into bankruptcy sooner rather than later as that is what they deserve.

Finalmente entregamos el coche 4 horas antes de lo previsto, y tras finalizar el alquiler nos hacen un cargo de 150 cambiando por completo las condiciones del contrato (aplicando precio por km, cambiando los terminos en los que se habia alquilado el vehiculo) por que alegan que lo entregamos antes de tiempo. La palabra sinverguenza se queda corta. Han perdido 5 clientes de una tacada por ladrones. Espero que esto lo haga todo el mundo al que timen para que se vayan a la quiebra mas pronto que tarde, ya que es lo que se merecen.

One star because I cant put none . I made a reservation for a car for 220 on the weekend and, after delivering it on Sunday, I received an extra charge of 150 with no apparent justification. They give me my money back. I will never rent any vehicle with this company again, and I will recommend everyone I know to do the same. Nunca mas alquilare ningun vehiculo con esta empresa, y recomendare a todos mis conocidos que actuen de la misma forma. Semejante sinvergonzoneria no puede impune, no alquileis en Europcar, o Estafacar deberia llamarse.
