We rented a car with Enterprise Cadiz. When we received the car it had quite a few minor damages. Mariano, the office manager, took a video with his ipad to record all damages. He assured us that we were getting the video with the contract by email. We got the contract but never the video. My mistake, I should have insisted on getting the video. We had to return the car at a drop off location where you drop the keys on a drop box. So nobody was there to sign a receipt of the car. A week later we got a charge for damages to the front bumper. Where had the car been during all that week (if the damages are real, as we have photos of how we deliver the car)? No one reached out to us before that. I tried to reach out to Enterprise by email and phone and nobody ever bother to reply to me or send me proof that the car had been damaged. This looks to me just as a scam to charge us for our insurance deductible. DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKES AND RENT A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I CONTACTED YOU AS PER YOUR RESPONSE AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU AGAIN...
We got there and Charly was a great help, he made it really easy for us. Super friendly, he explained well, in both Spanish and English. Our car was brand new and drove great. Thank you Charly for a pleasant encounter.
We had rent a car. We tried to call to modify the reservation because we were going to arrive late to take the car and nobody was answering at the office. When we arrived they told us that they canceled our reservation because according to their policy they cancel after 2 hours of the supposed meeting time, if you don't show up. The problem is that there wasn't any way to communicate with the office they didn't answer our calls, so I don't think we did any wrong to let us without a car, not offering us another option of a car, and putting us in trouble as we had made plans. If the office is not working correctly and there is no way to contact why should they cancel our reservation despite our efforts to call. A total disappointment. You defame Cadiz. The managers name is Charlie and unfortunately we got a really bad experience of service
Excellent service. Our car was new, ready on time and clean. Thestaff person in Cadiz explained everything in detail. He did NOT hard sell the extra insurance, but we decided to take in anyhow, as we were going into the narrow streets of the white towns. Good thing! We had serious damage to the side of the car. When we dropped off in Granada, the staff took photos, we signed a short report and the hold on our credit card was returned. No hassle.
Extremely happy with how quickly and easy we got setup and set off. **Christina** was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with it. I'd highly recommend this location for car hire in Cadiz. There is a bus stop just around the corner also so it's easy to get to or get back into the city.
Booked a ford focus, which was confirmed at the time of booking, and arrived only to be told there were no cars. Luckily, they had a smashed up van we could take. I'd like my review to also confirm the comments from other reviewers. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO CONFIRM AND MANAGE BOOKINGS, NOT THE STAFF. This review is really about the way the branch is handling bookings, rather than anything to do with the staff. The staff member we dealt with was excellent to work with, and I appreciate he is a victim of the booking system, just like us.
Good Morning, Hope you are doing well I am writing to tell you that we are so disappointed by the business ethics of the employee who welcome us Friday 26/05/2023. When we arrived, she tried to sell us an Audi whereas we have booked a Toyota Aygo at 59,98 euros. Whe told her we are not interested by the Audi we wanted a Toyota, she confirmed us that the Toyota was not available because the car was not ready on time. Well, we made a booking three weeks in advance.. the car is not ready the right day... Anyway, after making it clear. She confirmed to us that Audi was the same price as the Toyota. So we decided to take the Audi, i am very surprised to see that we are billed 20 euros more for the Audi. This behavior is unacceptable, building trust is more important than making money maliciously. We will not recommend your company to our friends, colleagues and family. Absolutely fantastic service at Cadiz Zona Franca office, the staff working there (I believe their names are Sandra, Marina and Pepe) are incredible! I needed to rent a car from their office and return it to Seville airport very early the next morning. Sandra explained everything to me including how to make an after hours return at the airport and even gave me directions and a map for getting there. I also took the option of pre-paying the fuel as I was didn't want to stop at a fueling station on the way to the airport, Sandra calculated the amount I would need and Pepe refuelled the car for me so I didn't have to do anything! Marina contacted me after to make sure everything went well with my trip which was such a nice touch. All the staff spoke in perfect English which I really appreciated and made me feel at ease. It was such a stress-free, pleasant experience and fantastic service, 100% recommended!
