UN DIEZ SIN DUDA, NOS SALVARON EL VIAJE!!!!! Viajamos desde Canarias, nuestro vuelo se retraso y llegamos mucho mas tarde de lo previsto, Antonio nos espero y recibio muy amablemente en todo momento, pese haber esperado bastante tiempo por nosotros, pasadas ya las 22:00 de la noche. ESO NINGUNA AGENCIA LO HACE. Le estamos muy agradecidos ya que tenemos un nino pequeno y sin su ayuda ese dia nos hubieramos visto muy apurados. !!!VOLVEREMOS A REPETIR AL 200% SIN DUDA!!!!!!

Wie andere User bereits geschrieben haben ist die Firma sehr flexibel und eine Ubergabe am Sonntag Abend am Bahnhof Cadiz war moglich was bei anderen Firmen undenkbar gewesen ware. Wir haben fur 12 Tage Skoda Fabia 566 Euro gezahlt. Das Auto war in gutem sauberen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit Rosa war tadellos.
As other users have already written, the company is very flexible and a handover on Sunday evening at Cadiz train station was possible, which would have been unthinkable with other companies. We paid 566 euros for Skoda Fabia for 12 days. The car was in good clean condition. Communication with Rosa was impeccable.

Nos salvaron las vacaciones!! Alquilamos un coche con otra compania y nos lo cancelaron en el ultimo momento. Llamamos aqui y enseguida nos ofrecieron otro vehiculo por un precio similar. Gente amable y atenta. Muy recomendable.

No response to emails, nothing. I wanted to rent a car in Cadiz and tried different ways of getting ahold of this company 4 times. Never received a reply to any of my attempts. UPDATE: Response from owner less than 1 day after leaving review. I have attempted to contact them via email using email on their site, as well as the fill in form to send a message on their site on 4/27. 4/25, 4/22 and 4/21. I'm not willing to take the chance arriving from United States and possibly getting there and find out there isn't a car waiting for me I've reserved.
Best car renting experience EVER! This is a small, family-owned company with personalized service. They brought the car to the train station and were extremely flexible for the return, despite being a holiday. Cars are in great shape and service is professional. Definitely recommend!
Nos salvaron las vacaciones! Alquilamos un coche para el mismo dia (despues de que otra empresa de rent-a-car nos dejara tirados), nos gestionaron la reserva por telefono y en un hora teniamos el coche limpio y disponible. Tanto Rafa como Rosa nos atendieron de manera muy profesional y gestionaron todo lo mas rapido posible. Totalmente recomendable.
They saved our vacation! We rented a car for the same day (after another rent-a-car company left us stranded), they managed the reservation for us by phone and within an hour we had the car clean and available. Both Rafa and Rosa treated us very professionally and managed everything as quickly as possible. Totally recommended.
