Reserve el Fiat 500 por un dia y me atendieron bien. Un poco dificil de encontrar porque esta en el edificio de FORD. Tambien la oficina era muy pequena y el carro no estaba muy limpio. Espero que pronto me devuelvan el deposito porque todavia esta bloqueado

Lamentable servicio,penoso se supone que el dia 13 de julio sabado tenia la recogida del vehiculo en sevilla y debido a un retraso de 3 horas del vuelo nos quedamos sin vehiculo habiendo llegado a sevilla a la1 de la manana,el problema de esto no es solo que la oficina estuviera cerrada si no que estuvimos 3 horas llamando sin parar,y como era fin de semana no habia nadie trabajando a esa hora no hubo manera humana de poder hablar con alguien de la oficina,estando la oficina en horario de apertura a todo esto..... Y no termina aqui llevo llamando desde las 9 de la manana para que me devuelvan el dinero y todavia no he conseguido hablar con un agente.
Deplorable service, unfortunate. Picked up and returned the car without any problems. Even got an upgrade. Of course there is the matter of whether you want to buy off the insurance deductible etc., but every car rental company does that. I saw some people struggling to find the location. Google is indeed getting confused in that area.
Experiencia malisima: antes de cojer el coche, le dije al personal que ya estaba asegurado para la franquicia a zero euro, me dicen que si, firmo un contrato donde no hay ese seguro y cuando devuelvo el coche (sin el menor rasguno) me cobran el dichoso seguro. Se acabo con esa gente, era la primera vez y la ultima que alquilo un coche en budget Cadiz o de cualquier sitio.
Terrible experience: before taking the car, I told the staff that I was already insured for the zero euro excess, they told me yes, I signed a contract where there is no such insurance and when I return the car (without the slightest scratch) they charge me the blessed insurance. No more with those people, it was the first time and the last time I rented a car from budget Cadiz or anywhere.
Hora de recogida del coche: 13h. Hora de cierre de la oficina: 13h. Naturalmente, nadie responde al telefono, es imposible hablar con un humano. El gremio de taxistas de Cadiz esta muy agradecido de este viaje en balde hasta la oficina (a las afueras, en un poligono industrial). A ver que me deparara el momento real de la recogida...
Car pick up time: 1pm. Office closing time: 1:00 p.m. Naturally, no one answers the phone, it is impossible to talk to a human. Devolvimos un coche y avisamos que vendria una multa por aparcamiento. Pagamos esa multa y despues de medio ano nos cobran 42,35EUR Como gastos de gestion... Lamentable!

Alquile un Seat Ateca del 9 de agosto al 12 de agosto. Deje las llaves en el buzon. No recibi ningun mensaje de buena devolucion. Y sobre todo, olvide 2 mochilas en el maletero del coche. Estoy tratando de llamar sin exito para saber si las tienen, pero nadie contesta. Nunca, nunca, nunca. Envie un email sin exito. Nadie contesta. No volvere a llamar a Budget o Avis (misma oficina) en Cadiz.
