ALL FORIEGNERS WHO ARE NOT SPANISH/SPANISH SPEAKERS STAY AWAY - ALL ENGLISH SPEAKERS STAY AWAY - AMERICANS TRAVELING BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH Monday, August 14th between 9am - 11AM CEST Employee: Natika/Nakita (spelling) These employees DO NOT like foreigners, especially if your Spanish is not of a national accent We were served by a representative named Nakita (possible misspelling) Could who offered us a cheaper alternative than enterprise. She said she could not give us a good price but we had to book it online. In our haste, there was an error in the online booking and it was booked twice. Two bookings appearned in her system. She validated one, then she said she couldnt invalidate the other booking, there was nothing she could do to help us There was no way she could give us a sheet of paper saying it was a double booking no way to write with a pen and paper that it wasn't used nope, thing she could do, we woudl have to pay for 2 bookings She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and seemed to enjoy the fact that we were deeply in trouble with the system error of doublebooking. She was very argumentative, brash, pushy, and COUNTER to EVERYTHING that AVIS stands for As an American brand, Avis is proud of its customer service. Nikta, and the manager were extremely unhelpful In fact, i reccomend going over to enterprise where the manager Fernando Aguilar Fiestas who was branch manager was VERY helpful with us, wrote us an email invalidating one reservation then booked another. WILL NEVER USE AVIS BECASUE OF NIKITA AGAIN!!!

Avis is the best car rental company. Unlimited distance, clear pricing, and modern vehicles. When I gave a choice between Avis and another company, I always chose Avis.
American Renter's beware, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THE AVIS JEREZ location! They will ripped you off and I am appalled that it came from a reputable company. This is first time I rented a car from AVIS at this location since the other establishments did not have a car available. The hidden fees were ridiculous so beware. Also, I don't smoke and they charge me for a small cigarette burn on a seat, which is the biggest scam ever!!!!!!!!! Therefore, if your only option is to rent form AVIS you better inspect it with a fine comb.
Our car had a breakdown, so we wanted to replace it. On the spot a gigantic queue. Unfortunately, the the only person in the office served the borrowers and he was doing it terribly slow. After half an hour of waiting with a crying child in my arms, I said that I would complain against him, he threatened me with the police. Suddenly, it turned out that there are two more people from the staff on the site, who probably did not want to work before. Finally we got the car but it was really difficult.
Don't, not here!!! I hired a car for three days with full insurance. I got full insurance so that I didn't have to pay any extras. Just fill the tank when I handed it back in. I filled the tank to the very brim. Well... one week later I've got a receipt charging me for a for the petrol. I'm Reporting them to consumer protection!!! I won't put up with this abuse, I'm sick of this kind of cheap hoaxing!!!
