Innoble. Reservamos un coche por un dia. Cuando llegamos al alquiler, a pesar del email de confirmacion y a pesar de habernos dicho que efectivamente aparecia la reserva, nos despidieron diciendonos que no tenian coches disponibles. Es mas ni siquiera mostraron interes en encontrar alguna solucion
Ignoble. We reserved a car for a day. When we arrived at the rental, despite the confirmation email and despite having told us that the reservation actually appeared, they dismissed us telling us that they did not have cars available. What's more, they didn't even show interest in finding a solution.
Sehr guter Service. Professionell, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir fuhren von Cadiz nach Lyon. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann es weiter empfehlen.

Hola, mi experiencia a la hora de devolver el coche ha sido mala, al ser domingo la oficina cierra, tienes un deposito para dejar las llaves pero ellos no se hacen cargo del coche hasta el lunes a la hora de la apertura, eso significa que si el coche sufre algun dano una vez tu lo hayas devuelto y depositado las llaves, los danos siguen corriendo a tu cargo. No estabamos avisadas de esto, deberian informarlo bien en la oficina, para que la gente pueda decir si correr ese riesgo o no. Recomiendo mirar muy bien los horarios de la oficina.
Hello, my experience when returning the car has been bad, since it is Sunday the office closes, you have a deposit to leave the keys but they do not take care of the car until Monday at opening time, that means that If the car suffers any damage once you have returned it and deposited the keys, the damages are still your responsibility. We were not warned about this, they should inform the office well, so that people can decide whether to take that risk or not. I recommend looking very carefully at the office hours.
Mi experiencia no ha podido ser peor. El coche se nos estropeo el segundo dia que lo alquilamos, una grua nos recogio el coche en el hotel, pero para nuestra sorpresa no tenian ningun coche de sustitucion que dejarnos asi que nos dejaron sin coche toda una tarde. Volvimos a contactar a Avis y la unica solucion que nos proponian era coger un coche en Sevilla al dia siguiente, lo que supone mas de una hora de ida y otro tanto de vuelta, toda una manana de mis vacaciones perdidas. Despues de muchas llamadas conseguimos un coche en Algeciras para el dia siguiente. Al llegar a la oficina de Avis Algeciras nos dicen que no tienen ningun coche, y no fue hasta despues de bastante discusion con ellos que conseguimos otro coche. Muy mal trato y muy mala atencion en todo momento.
My experience could not have been worse. Our car broke down the second day we rented it, a tow truck picked up our car at the hotel, but to our surprise they didn't have any replacement car to give us so they left us without a car for an entire afternoon. We contacted Avis again and the only solution they offered us was to take a car in Seville the next day, which means more than an hour there and an hour back, a whole morning of my lost vacation. After many calls we got a car in Algeciras for the next day. When we arrived at the Avis Algeciras office they told us that they do not have any car, and it was not until after quite a discussion with them that we got another car. Very bad treatment and very bad attention at all times.
It says that it was open on Sunday but it was closed. The gate to Ford was closed and Avis is inside their parking lot. Please update your schedule.
Como cualquier Avis con la salvedad que este en lugar de estar en la estacion de tren como Enterprise o Hertz esta en un poligono con dificultad para encontrarlo. Los domingos no abren. Se pueden dejar las llaves pero no recoger coches.
Like any Avis with the exception that instead of being at the train station like Enterprise or Hertz it is in a polygon with difficulty in finding it. They don't open on Sundays. You can leave keys but not pick up cars.
The best company and the people working in this branch are great
Our rental from Seville needed a new tyre. Luckily we had proof (photos taken from when we picked it up and I hadn't noticed it in the dark!) the gauge that was in the side. The assistant was very good. Spoke English. The place is hard to find! You need to park outside the VW garage and the rental office is INSIDE! There are no signs!
