Excelente atencion al cliente. En mi delegacion, que estaba en la otra punta de Espana no quisieron hacerme ningun tramite con un vehiculo que teniamos con la itv caducada, toda respuesta que recibia era "llama a central". Me derivaron a Caceres y el chico de la oficina, Fran, me atendio genial, me dio todas las soluciones posibles y me llamo dias despues para asegurarse de que el proceso habia concluido satisfactoriamente, que teniamos el coche en perfecto estado y si habia pasado la itv. Encontrarte con servicios asi marca la diferencia, el personal de un negocio marca la diferencia.

Me retracto de mi ultima resena,que hace varios meses estuve mas de 3 horas y soy mensajero me partieron el dia, estuve esta semana por la misma situacion de averia,y en 30' o 40' ya me hicieron el cambio de furgoneta y puede seguir haciendo mi trabajo,han cambiado las chicas que habia antes en recepcion que eran muy desagradables,y estas son todo lo contrario,muchas gracias por el trato y lo rapido en el papeleo y el cambio. Me sorprendio mucho el cambio,creia que me dejarian esperando como la otra vez,y no fue asi. Genial y de nuevo gracias. Muy agradecido.

Te exigen cita para tomarte datos del coche y hacer el pedido de una unica pieza, exterior, comun. Me habria ahorrado la visita y 1 semanas esperando una cita algo que se podria hacer por foto. Lo peor aparte es el trato que se me dispenso, que parecia molestar. Pongo una semana, por que es lo que tardaron para la primera cita, tuve que anularla y me la pasaron 11 dias mas tarde. Para atenderme 5 minutos.
