Reserve una furgoneta para hacer una mudanza y me encontre que la oficina estaba cerrada. El empleado no se presento y, por mas numeros a los que llamaba, tarde mas de 1h en poder hablar con alguien, que por supuesto no sabia nada del tema. Al final he tenido que buscarme otra furgoneta con otra empresa, pagando mas caro por no haberla cogido con tiempo y veremos a ver lo que tardan ahora en devolverme el dinero de la reserva. Reservar con esta empresa conlleva tener quebraderos de cabeza. No volvere.

ENTERPRISE oficina de Caceres El dia 23 de octubre se realizo la reserva de un coche de alquiler en dicha oficina, la recogida estaba programada en horario de tarde por el hermano del titular del seguro pues dicha titular ha sufrido una averia fuera de la localidad y no puede recoger el vehiculo dentro del horario comercial. Nos aseguramos antes preguntando a Linea Directa si es posible retirar el vehiculo por otra persona y nos indica que si, que la reserva se hace a nombre de linea directa pero que la persona que puede retirar el vehiculo debe ser mayor de 21 anos, tener carnet de conducir, y llevar tarjeta bancaria para la fianza. Nuestra sorpresa es que en el momento de la recogida nos niegan la retirada del vehiculo, segun ellos lo comunicado por linea directa no es valido. Ademas de cumplir con los requisitos se les facilita el numero de recogida y/o reserva. Tras nuestra disconformidad, abandonamos la oficina sin poder retirar el vehiculo. Al dia siguiente (24 octubre) se persona a las 8:00 la persona titular del seguro a recogerlo, nos indican que la reserva a caducado y q no nos facilitan ningun coche. (Esta caducidad no nos fue informada el dia anterior). Tras llamar al seguro nos hacen una nueva reserva h proporcionan un coche electrico (volvo XE30). Durante los 5 dias que disponemos del vehiculo se estropea el mando y no arranca el vehiculo, teniendo que llamar al servicio de volvo para gestionar la averia, pues nos encontramos fuera de la localidad. Tras hablar con ellos nos indican la forma de arrancar el vehiculo con el arranque de emergencia. El dia 7 de noviembre el seguro nos vuelve a reservar otro vehiculo por otra averia, nos indica el numero de reserva y horario. A las 17:00 se persona en el lugar el titular del seguro y le comunican que no disponen de vehiculos (5 min antes fue entregado uno a una clienta). Tras nuestra disconformidad, enfado y cabreo pedimos explicaciones y la actitud que presenta el dependiente es chulesca y pasota. Rellenamos una hoja de reclamsciones por dicho problema. Aprovechamos para poner otra hoja de reclamaciones por la situacion comentada anteriormente del dia 23 de octubre, pues en el momento de la entrega no disponemos de tiempo para hacerlo. Este nos niega facilitarnos mas documentos, se altera, golpea la mesa con el puno y nos empieza a increpar, teniendo que abandonar la oficina. Ya en la calle avisamos a Policia Nacional que interviene y media en el asunto, el dependiente reconoce a estos que a perdido los papeles y ha pegado golpes en el mostrador. Pedimos hablar con el director y nos indica que se encuentra de vacaciones. Al lugar acude tambien Policia Local que interviene y habla con las dos partes, identifica al empleado (el cual vuelve a reconocer que perdio las formas) y son estos los que nos facilitan una segunda hoja de reclamaciones, la cual viene rellena con las alegaciones del empleado, nos invitan a rellenarla en casa y depositarla en otro momento en el buzon de las llaves, como asi haremos. Todos estos documentos seran presentados ante consumo con los documentos pertinentes, reservas, codigos de recogida, etc.

Reserve y pague una furgoneta con 10 dias de antelacion y el mismo dia, 1h y media antes de ir a recogerla, me llaman para decirme que no hay furgoneta para mi, de ningun tipo, que lo sienten.... No solo me fastidiaron la mudanza, si no que tuve que esperar 3 semanas y hacer cinco llamadas para recuperar mi dinero. Un verdadera verguenza!!!

Muy mal, he tenido una experiencia regular me llamaron para que entregara un coche antes de la hora convenida, asi lo hice sin parar solo arrpostar en el viaje de 930 kms y sin comer. Otra mala, la ultima es que un dia antes me llaman para decirme que la furgoneta no estara disponible, despues de una semana ya reservada, tuve de alquilar en Madrid a 360 kms de Caceres, comento esto para que no le pase a nadie mas, asi no se hacen las cosas, menudo trastorno, ahora me pasare de kms y penalizacion de 25 centimos por km. Por lo demas el trato genial, la chica que hay es super simpatica y atenta.

Esta gente son malos,no, lo siguiente!!! NO RECOMIENDO ALQUILAR CON ELLOS. Para alquilar por la web todo genial, ademas algo mas barato que la competencia. El problema es cuando llegas alli, y sin previo aviso te dicen: Combustible : senal/senal y te lo dan al 25%!!!! , osea si lo dejas por debajo te cobran 120EUR y si he quedas por encima pues le regalas dinero... La dependencia muy desatenta....mala disposicion. Timo con el tamano en el coche: escogi un coche mediano(segmento C), tipo ford focus, megane o similar y me dan un segmento B bastante mas pequeno. Por ultimo y para colmo, te dicen paga 180EUR ADICIONALMENTE (por un alquiler de 2 dias) y si no, por cualquier pequeno golpe te cobramos 1800EUR de "franquicia del seguro"... En fin un desastre mejor no alquilar aqui...
