Genial, he alquilado ya cinco o seis veces con ellos y n7nca he tenidonun problema. Cada vez tienen mas vehiculos y mas versatiles...No me planteo otra opcion.

Todo perfecto hasta cuando te llevas la sorpresa en la devolucion de la fianza y ves en la factura que te cobran los pocos kilometros que hagas de mas, es decir cuando te preguntan a la hora de alquilar y no tengas claro los kilometros EXACTOS que puedas hacer y des un numero aproximado luego te los cobran a 0,16EUR/km + IVA (por la factura), ahi esta parte de la letrita pequena que todos deberian saber. Personalmente fastidia mucho ya que eso no te lo explican y solo te dicen que si esta todo correcto se te devuelve la fianza el mismo dia de la entrega.
Everything is perfect until you are surprised when you return the deposit and you see on the invoice that they charge you for the few extra kilometers you do, that is, when they ask you at the time of renting and you are not clear about the EXACT kilometers you can do. and you give an approximate number then they charge you EUR0.16/km + VAT (per the invoice), there is part of the fine print that everyone should know. Personally, it is very annoying since they don't explain it to you and they only tell you that if everything is correct, the deposit will be returned to you on the same day of delivery.
Buena atencion, tanto telefonica como presencialmente, y buenos vehiculos. Repetire la proxima vez que necesite una furgoneta para mover objetos de gran tamano.

Amazing company. Not like the other big companies like Enterprise, Avis, Hertz etc. Their customer service team are amazingly helpful, professional, hardworking and respectful. (Elena and Blanca) The person that moves and cleans the vans and cars (David) very very nice and helpful. I will definitely use this company again.
