THE BEST COMPANY EVER! We rented a car for the first time and the experience was amazing, the lady who works there really knows what she does. Not only that she speak many different languages, but she gave us all kinds of information and the flexibility to leave back the car even later. Another great thing is that there are not any hidden costs, you pay the price that is there. If you ever have a chance to visit Mallorca I recommend renting a car, from "Royal Rent" you won't regret it.

I definitely recommend this rental company. Very friendly service. The lady in the office knows many languages and you can communicate easily. No unnecessary formalities and hidden costs in the form of deposits, additional insurance or advance payments for fuel. This is a local rental company, so don't expect luxury cars, but they are relatively clean and efficient. After returning the car after the trip, no one even checked the condition of the car or fuel I definitely recommend it 10/10

Very uncomplicated to rent a bike! We got two mountain bikes and it's great they give you locks and lights for riding in the dark. We rode all the way to Palma and were even able to return the bikes in the morning. Totally recommend renting bikes here.

Our hotel send us to this place. We rented a car for three days. They gave us a free 'upgrade' because the Fiat Panda wasn't available. The car wasn't in that great condition. Full of dents, scratches and missing parts. I guess that's what you get when everything is full insured. The tires were ok and it brought us all around the island. We paid cash, got the keys and drove off. We even got access to a parking lot so we didn't have to search for a parking spot in the evening.

We arrived at the airport and wanted to rent a vehicle and we preferred to order a taxi to this place super close to the airport because of the good reviews we read... and we did well!!! There they advised us that a car or motorcycle was better for our stay and we took a great motorcycle!! To go to all the viewpoints, the Tramuntana mountains, coves, etc. without worrying about parking, they do not ask for a deposit like at the airport, the process is very fast, a very good price and they also offer to take you to the airport when you return the free motorcycle! Absolutely relaxed staff, willing and accommodating. We had the Vespa for one day and in the evening we made a bet that we would keep it and no problem, they wanted to pay more when we returned. The next day, they rented us a Smart convertible without a reservation, we waited 5 minutes for it and they managed to wash it for us, and we extended the evening again to the next day. There are super nice people there.
