LowCost Rent a Car in Ca'n Pastilla

You can not return car before your time , because is big deal for the company , we return car before our time , they got really nasty and dirty , not recommending this company ,

Nothing but a scam! You make a prepaid reservation on their website 3 months in advance, for the whole stay on the island. You book a hotel an hour's drive from the airport. Everything is confirmed by e-mail and telephone. But once in the office, there is a surprise waiting for you. A mandatory surcharge for airport transfer (+30 Euro each way). Justification: in the meantime, the conditions and their working hours have changed. Due to an objection that subsequent changes cannot affect earlier agreements, they refuse to fulfill the contract and drive you back to the airport. I always buy a full insurance option with zero excess, and I thought it would protect me from possible problems or arguments. And I never had any issue with renting a car before and after this. Before I booked and made the payment, I checked the google reviews. Someone described similar situation before, but I thought this must have been a single case and why it should reoccur as there was a lot of positive feedback too. So, if you like to gamble, take your chances, but you risk having Lowcost Rent a Car ruin your vacation.

There is no real issue with them, price is low compared to the rest, it's simple and quick, you get a car, but getting a 2004 Lancia Musa instead of "Fiat Tipo or similar" feels weird. The AC was weak, going over 110 kph was wavy and the steering had a strange feedback. If you wanna have safe time on the road just go with the renowned companies with higher price.

The team at LowCost rental were amazing! Communication and booking were made with ease and the attention once we landed at Mallorca was great. We hired three cars which made our stay a lot more convenient. This has been the best car rental experience. A special thanks to Ramon who dealt with the admin side of our booking, very helpful and informative and also Juan who was the one transporting us to and from the airport, we had a great laugh with him. No need to spend your cash on bigger companies, if you want the whole experience please book with LowCost. I'll certainly be doing it when I return. Vamos!!

We had a very good experience with Lowcost! Super friendly staff, no extra or hidden costs, very clean and decent car, exactly the way we booked it. It is not located at the airport so it's better to take transport service with them as the bus is EUR5 per person. Take a look at the opening hours because they close during siesta time. We forgot about it but ended up having a drink on the beach while waiting until they were open again so it was a good way to start the holidays anyway :)

Had a car for 5 days with pickup from the airport (the car rental is not located directly on the airport, but they have the pickup service). Very satisfied with the service. Maybe there is the opportunity to improve the website and communication, but it is just a matter of convenience for non-spanish speaking customers. Overall just a very nice experience. thanx!

Absolutely perfect service. The best price for car rental during the Easter. Pick up on airport was really quick, driver was super nice and funny, at the rental everything was prepared for us, they also gave us the holder for telephone and one child booster seat for free. During our 5day rental we have issue with car battery when we were on Es Trenc beach. It was on Easter Monday in the afternoon and despite this fact the assistance was really fast, they came in an hour, changed the battery and we were able to continue with our trip. Will surely recommend to my friends.

The best. Every place I went to said you have to book the day before. Until I came here. Sorted me a (new) car within 5 minutes. Cheap, full tank of fuel ready to go. No extra costs. Honest and friendly.
