Waited 30 minutes in the rain for the shuttle to take us to the car. Not enough shuttles with a line of at least 40 people. When we get to the car rental agency they tell us we have to get an international license that costs $70 and takes another 30 minutes to fill out. When it is finally done, the employee helping us, Danny, tells us we have to get another ticket which puts 17 people in front of us. He says he can't help us because he is leaving at 8 pm. Then proceeds to help another client. The entirety of the situation has caused us to miss a reservation at 7:30 pm. Save your time, frustration, spend the extra cash and rent from a legit car agency. Not worth it.

The first time, I was very happy with my booking at every car. So I decided, to book again this year. Everything went fine, just until we returned the car yesterday. The guy told us, we had to pay 50 Euros, because we were ten minutes early. Our car return should be at seven and we were there at ten minutes before seven. We got very angry and he just went away. I am so sad, that I dont remember his name, but his legs were full of tattoos. Every car lost a client. Sad!!!

The staff was helpful and the drop off quick, they also allow late reception and shuttle bus (we arrived close to 11pm). I was shocked that they charged me 44euros for their own insurance at check-in even though as per rental confirmation all insurances were already paid. There was no such information provided while I was booking the car. Not cool.

Booking via Check 24: At first we needed some time to find the shuttle service at the airport. It is is on the ground area of the arrival terminal- straight on- across the street- on the right side. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us and gave us a map for drop off. Our car was very nice, new and undamaged. We had no waiting time. Nothing to worry about :)

S C A M - ATTENTION - HIDDEN FEES - READ CAREFULLY !!! The price you see when booking a car is not the real price. On top of the price you pay for the car + insurance, they ask you for a 200 euros deposit. Pay attention: this is not an excess fee, as you already pay for the full insurance. You can't find this information anywhere on the site, cous it's a scam, obviously. Just another opportunity to steal some money from you. The muppet who answers to people's reviews and claims to be the owner, keeps misleading people by asking them to visit the FAQ page on their website. Well, go ahead and visit it, you won't find anything, cous there's no information there. No information about this 200 euros fee or any other information...this way they can just scam you out of some money as you can't read about their dodgy practices. When I asked how long does it take to return the money, I was told they don't know...just ask yourself why? Do yourself a favor and AVOID THESE SCAMMERS if you don't want to end up being scammed for more money than you pay for renting the car. I really hope this review will help other people - ASK BEFORE YOU PAY ANYTHING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY.

Everything was great, but we had the problem that we were actually half a year too young for our car. However, we were initially offered an alternative vehicle without any extra costs and then even handed over the car we had ordered. We werent sold any insurance or anything like that either. We were very satisfied.

Unfortunately, a rip-off! I had already booked everything online at home via check24 - cheapest rental car class for 387 for 2 weeks. When we picked it up in Mallorca we were asked if we wanted additional insurance or at least an expensive car. After we made it clear that we didnt want anything extra and wanted to pay the deposit using our credit card, the PIN on my credit card didnt work. There are coincidences... But luckily the lady at the counter had a solution: I just had to take the additional insurance package for 216, which I could pay for with a Maestro Giro card Beforehand at the airport and afterwards in several shops in Palma, the PIN on my credit card worked without any problems...unfortunately not at the rental company... Everycar: NEVER AGAIN!

The offer price for 2 weeks including a second driver was very good. Unfortunately, you only have worries on vacation. We were quoted 40 EUR in advance as payment on site for the late pickup between 9 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. We were at the counter at around 9:12 p.m. and discussed with the employee until 9:54 p.m. We suddenly had to pay 55 EUR for the late pickup - reason: the amount has always been that way according to the statement. Although the lady was standing directly in front of the information screen, which showed the times and surcharges for late pickups. This is called fraud. Luckily, the difference of 15 EUR was covered and refunded by Check24 without any problems. Otherwise, they tried to sell their own fully comprehensive insurance package and made false statements such as you are not allowed to drive on the motorway in Mallorca without fully comprehensive insurance in order to increase the pressure. The rental vehicle was already damaged in every corner - in addition to the major damage on the front left, it had countless scratches of various types. The great thing about it is that before you accept the vehicle. is left completely alone. This means that EveryCar does not document or record the delivery status. You are responsible for it yourself. So we first spent almost an hour in the illuminated parking lot until 11 p.m. on Saturday night to take pictures of all possible damage, so that we didnt suddenly get charged for existing damage when we dropped it off afterwards. Aussage. Obwohl die Dame direkt vor dem Infoscreen stand, welcher die Zeiten sowie Aufpreise fur Spatabholungen anzeigte. So etwas nennt man Betrug. Zum Gluck wurde die Differenz von 15 EUR von Check24 ohne Probleme ubernommen und ruckerstattet. Ansonsten wurde probiert ein zus. eigenes Vollkaskoversicherungspaket zu verkaufen, falsche Aussagen wie ohne Vollkaskoversicherung darf man nicht auf der Autobahn auf Mallorca fahren getatigt, um den Druck zu erhohen. Das Leihfahrzeug war bereits vorbeschadigt an allen Ecken und Enden - neben dem grosseren Schaden vorne links hatte es zig Kratzer in verschiedensten Ausfuhrungen. Das tolle daran ist, dass man vor Abnahme des Fhzgs. komplett alleine gelassen wird. D.h. es wird seitens EveryCar nicht der Abgabezustand dokumentiert bzw. festgehalten. Man ist dafur selbst verantwortlich. Wir haben also erst einmal knapp 1 Stunde auf dem ausgeleuchteten Parkplatz Samstag Nacht bis 23 Uhr verbracht alle etwaigen Schaden bildlich aufzunehmen mit Zeit, damit wir bei der Abgabe hinterher nicht plotzlich fur bereits vorhandene Schaden abkassiert werden. Lieber zahle ich nachstes Mal woanders ein wenig mehr und habe bei Ankunft und Abholung keinen Stress mehr.

Arrival at night costs extra, depending on the time of day. Even though there was only one couple in front of us, the whole thing took over 30 minutes. We had to pay more for the surcharge even though we were at the counter on time and were still in the cheaper time slot anyway. Like almost everywhere, they tried to get us extra insurance for 22 per day, even though there was complete protection. There was a threat that the deposit would be deducted because the insurance was not taken out if, for example, an accident were to occur. Instead of 850 as stated in the documents, 1050 was blocked on the credit card, but we only noticed it later. When it was handed over, the car was examined very carefully for damage. I immediately announced that I had previously taken photos and a video around the car ;) Unblocking the deposit was quick. The car was in great condition apart from a few small scratches and dents. All functions as booked. We noticed that after a few minutes of driving the first line of fuel was gone, so we only filled up so that it was briefly full at the start of the journey...

Wir mussten mehr fur den Zuschlag zahlen, obwohl wir punktlich am Schalter waren und sowieso noch in dem billigeren Zeitfenster waren. Wie fast uberall wurde versucht uns fur 22 pro Tag eine extra Versicherung aufzuquatschen, obwohl komplett Schutz bestand. Gedroht wurde mit Abzug von der Kaution, weil die Versicherung nicht genommen wurde, falls z.B ein Unfall passieren sollte. Statt wie in den Unterlagen 850 stand, wurden 1050 auf der Kreditkarte geblockt, ist uns aber erst spater aufgefallen. Bei der Abgabe wurde sehr genau das Auto auf Schaden untersucht. Ich habe gleich mitgeteilt das ich vorher Fotos und ein Video ringsherum ums Auto gemacht habe ;) Das entblocken der Kaution ging schnell. Das Auto war bis auf ein paar kleine Kratzer und Minibeulen in einem super Zustand. Funktionen alle wie gebucht. Uns ist aufgefallen das nach ein paar Minuten fahren der erste Tankstrich weg war, deshalb haben wir auch nur so getankt dass es zum Beginn der Fahrt kurz voll ist .

Als wir das Auto bekommen hatten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Olstandswarnung rot blinkte. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go. Wir haben jedoch schnell ein Ersatzfahrzeug in der gleichen Fahrzeugklasse bekommen, mit dem wir sehr zufrieden waren. Die Reifen waren leider nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Schlussendlich kann ich Everycar aber guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

When we arrived we were taken to the rental place by shuttle. The drivers made no attempt to help with luggage or even talk to us. When we processed it at the counter, they tried to sell us a bunch of other insurance policies, even though they knew that we had sufficient protection. When asked, the employee suddenly only spoke English poorly. Overall, everything took forever, even though all the information was already available when booking. Unfortunately, the car was already damaged in many places. We should document the damage on our own using a cell phone camera and show it at the end. Apart from that, the car was already old. Of course, when we returned it, a dent was found on the roof that we didnt cause. The whole thing has a system and people want to pay for their cars twice over damages. Overall not recommended. Be careful when taking over the vehicles!

Bei Ankunft wurden wir per Shuttle zur Vermietung gefahren. Die Fahrer haben keine Anstalten gemacht beim Gepack zu helfen oder uberhaupt mit uns zu reden. Bei der Bearbeitung am Counter hat man dann noch versucht uns einen Haufen weiterer Versicherungen anzudrehen, obwohl man wusste, dass wir ausreichend Schutz hatten. Bei Nachfrage konnte der Mitarbeiter auf einmal nur noch schlecht Englisch. Insgesamt hat alles ewig gedauert, obwohl bereits bei der Buchung alle Infos vorlagen. Das Auto war leider schon an vielen Stellen beschadigt. Die Schaden sollten wir per Handykamera alleine dokumentieren und am Ende vorzeigen. Abgesehen davon war das Auto schon alt. Bei Ruckgabe musste es naturlich dazu kommen, dass eine Beule am Dach gefunden wurde, die wir nicht verursacht haben. Das Ganze hat System und man will seine Autos hier uber Schaden doppelt bezahlt machen. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen. Vorsicht bei der Ubernahme der Fahrzeuge!

I had booked a rental car with full insurance cover through Check 24, i.e. fully comprehensive insurance without a deductible. I had all the documents (13 pages with me). The Everycar employee told me at the counter that she did not accept these documents and that we had no insurance cover. After endless discussions, we were asked to pay an additional 168 for a week. After consulting with Check 24 It was our own fault, as we had already booked the full insurance cover. So be careful not to let us talk you into additional insurance cover.

Nach endlosen Diskussionen sollten wir zusatzlich fur eine Woche 168 . Nach Rucksprache mit Check 24 ist die selbst verschuldet, da wir ja den vollen Versicherungsschutz bereits gebucht hatten. Deshalb unbedingt aufpassen und sich keinen zusatzlichen Versicherungsschutz aufquatschen lassen.

When we went to pick up the car there were complications from start to finish. => The credit card (a Visa) with which we rented the car could not be used because it was not a credit card (what?). => Another credit card could not be used because it must be the same as doyouspain. => The only solution is to take out additional insurance (in addition to the one you already have). Costs around 200 => We then completed this (with the above-mentioned credit card (second what?), also due to our child being slightly fussy from the trip and the desire to arrive at the hotel). => In the end the car we booked was no longer available and a replacement was offered. Not quite what it should be but the main thing is that it has 4 wheels and a child seat. => During our rental period we had a problem with the oil level. We solved the problem by asking for help from a nice, helpful car dealership in Germany (they got a 5 star rating) => The drop-off was unspectacular, the transit to the airport was orderly. Nicht ganz das was es ein sollte aber Hauptsache 4 Rader und Kindersitz dabei. => Wahrend unserer Mietdauer hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Olstand. Wahrend mehrerer Versuche an mehreren Tagen haben wir telefonisch NIE einen Mitarbeiter erreicht. Auch nicht bei 15 Minuten Wartezeit in der Schlaufe. Gelost haben wir das Problem in dem wir in Deutschland bei einem netten, hilfsbereiten Autohaus um Hilfe fragten (der bekam eine 5 Sterne Bewertung) => Die Abgabe war unspektakular, der Transit an den Flughafen war ordentlich. Ich werden aber keine Karre mehr hier mieten und kann es auch nicht empfehlen.
