BE CAREFUL. Remember to take photos when you take the car because they will try to steal your money, especially if you do not purchase an insurance with them. They charged me 240EUR for a small scratch in the mudguard (of course it is in plastic and is not possible to repair it so they can charge you more). Honestly I don't mind because I bought a private insurance with booking, but I am sure the scratch was already there. It's a shame that a multinational like Europcar rely on these chicken thieves. I'm used to take many rents for my job and my trips, but I have never received such a bad service neither in Jordan or other poorer countries. Avoid if you can
Charged twice for the same rental and only refunded after we complained. Charged for extra cleaning, even though the car was returned in near-perfect condition and we had paid extra on the insurance to cover all eventualities. Appalling. Avoid.
