Son unos ladrones, no devuelven fianza sin haber habido ningun problema con el coche. Entregue el coche el 31 de octubre a las 9 de la manana y hoy es 5 de noviembre a las 15.30h y aun no lo han devuelto. No alquiles vehiculos en esta empresa, son unos ladrones.
They are thieves, they do not return deposit without having had any problem with the car. I delivered the car on October 31 at 9 in the morning and today is November 5 at 3:30 p.m. and they still haven't returned it. Do not rent vehicles from this company, they are thieves.
Hace 3 semanas hacemos la reserva para el 11.07 de 12 m3. Me confirmaron la reserva, ayer por la tarde me enviaron un correo con recordatorio del viaje. El dia de hoy 11.07 pasamos para recoger el vehiculo como esta indicado en la reserva a las 08:00 y nos dijeron en la oficina de Burgos que no hay coches disponibles y nos tenian que llamar desde la oficina principal. Pero no nos ha llamado nadie. Que no hay otras opciones, otros coches ni grandes ni pequenos. Solo pueden hacer reembolso. Ningun justificante de ese fallo no nos han facilitado por "politica de empresa" Hoy tenemos una mudanza grande. Asi hemos perdido el dinero por pagar a cargadores en 2 ciudades y tampoco podemos dejar el piso alquilado a su dueno, como se lo confirmamos ayer la salida del dia de hoy. Si en caso si como ese les obligaron pagar compensaciones a los clientes, no hubiera nunca esas situaciones.
3 weeks ago we made the reservation for 11.07 for 12 m3. They confirmed my reservation, yesterday afternoon they sent me an email with a reminder of the trip. Today, 11.07, we went to pick up the vehicle as indicated in the reservation at 08:00 and they told us at the Burgos office that there are no cars available and they had to call us from the main office. But no one has called us. There are no other options, other cars, neither big nor small. They can only make refunds. They have not provided us with any justification for this failure due to "company policy." Today we have a big move. Thus we have lost money for paying porters in 2 cities and we cannot leave the rented apartment to its owner, as we confirmed yesterday in today's departure. If in a case like that they were forced to pay compensation to clients, there would never be those situations.

Enterprise Burgos I'm still waiting for a response from you after I rented a car, paid for said car, and then arrived at your office only to be told you had no cars to rent. You've charged Eur250 and wasted a good hour of my morning. Your staff claimed I would receive an email about this, however I've had no contact.
