Ole para esta empresa nos cedieron una furgoneta a coste cero para bajar cargados a Valencia a 20 min de camino se nos revento una rueda, llamamos por telefono a las 3 de la manana, nos cogio el dueno Roberto que se desperto de la cama para dejarnos otra furgoneta nos retraso un poco el viaje porque llevamos tambien un trailer pero lo importante es que pudimos llegar en tiempo y forma . 1000 gracias a Los Braseros

Unos sin verguenzas. Me alquilaron el vehiculo sucio por fuera y dentro, con botellas las de plastico usadas, testigos de fallo de motor en el panel, sin luces de posicion o cortas, sin chaleco reflectante, sin triangulos, sin luz de emergencia, sin agua en los limpias... y aparentemente era mi responsabilidad revisar el estado del vehiculo cuando la recepcionista me aseguro que estaba todo bien antes de salir. Por no olvidar, que no me devolvian la fianza. Me pidieron acercame a las oficinas para pasar la tarjeta y cuando llegue fue incensario, pero eso provoco que yo me desplazara 80 km para nada.

Experiencia nefasta. No alquiles aqui. La persona que atiende el telefono muy serio te remite al WhatsApp. No te asesoran. La oficina esta en la recepcion de un hotel donde nunca hay nadie y tienes que estar esperando bastante rato porque ni llamando a la campana sale nadie. Pido una furgoneta de unos 8-10m3. Soy particular y no se calcular bien el tamano de furgoneta que necesito. Tengo que cambiar la furgoneta 2 veces porque no hay forma que me den lo que necesito. Los vehiculos estan de pena. Nada cuidados. Las 2 primeras furgonetas me saltan testigos de averia y el camion que acabo cogiendo no marca bien la aguja del combustible, le hecho de mas por ese fallo que no es culpa mia y ni se dignan a devolverme algo de dinero por eso. No vuelvo

Habia leido cosas negativas ya, pero aun asi trate de confiar en esta empresa. Me puse en contacto con ellos para alquilar una furgoneta y, todavia estoy esperando a que me respondan. " EN un rato te confirmamos" y aqui sigo esperando!

Nos alquilaron el turismo con el sensor del deposito de Adblue averiado. Despues de rellenarlo hasta desbordar y ver que seguia marcando niveles bajos, la solucion que nos dieron fue no parar hasta llegar a un taller que estaba a mas de 30KM de donde me encontraba, es decir, si en el trayecto se paraba el coche ahi me quedaba tirado... Parece ser que el coche lo realquilaban a la empresa Northgate y cuando llegamos al taller resulto que no habian avisado de que ibamos, menos mal que el jefe de taller nos pudo hacer un hueco y sustituir el vehiculo ese mismo dia (estando de vacaciones toda la manana perdida).

No alquiles una furgoneta aqui. El trato fue nefasto, nos dieron una furgoneta diciendo que la que nos iban a dar estaba reservada. Cuando la cogimos, estaba muy sucia, con testigos de averia de inyeccion y mantenimientos. Reclamamos y finalmente nos dieron la que nos prometieron, suspuestamente era la 'mejor', nos dio todo tipo de averias, se fundio la luz de freno, vibraba en llano, salio testigo abs y control de traccion y para colmo se limito por fallo de adblue. Nosotros pagamos un seguro internacional por si acaso y el tio no nos dio ninguna solucion. La unica solucion fue que nos mandaba una furgoneta donde nos dejase tirados, y no pudimos hacer todos los kms que queriamos. Cuando llegamos a burgos, no tenian el dinero de nuesta fianza, y nos decian que nos lo hacian por bizum. Finalmente cuando nos enfadamos ya se dignaron a pagar el dinero restante. Empresa de risa

Llamamos al numero de movil, al cogernos le dimos las buenas tardes y nos contesto de muy malas maneras, gritando "que le hablemos por WhatsApp que para eso esta". Ya eso era motivo para no tratar con ellos, pero necesitabamos el vehiculo asi que le hablamos por WhatsApp y no solo nos subio el precio mucho mas de lo que ponia en la web, sino que al decirle que queriamos reservarlo, nos volvio a mandar otro precio aun mayor, en fin, una perdida de tiempo y de paciencia. Yo no se si el hombre tenia un mal dia o es que no quiere que la empresa funcione... pero cero interes, cero profesionalidad y cero educacion.
