Ne pas se rendre dans cette societe, ce sont vraiment des voleurs, j'ai fait le check-out de la voiture tout est nickel, le lendemain on me preleve 950 EUR sur mon compte bancaire, sans aucune autorisation de ma part...!!!!!!!! J'ai contacte le service reclamation, on m'a repondu, Vous etes passes par un prestataire debrouillez vous avec le prestataire mais j'ai pourtant bien loue chez Avis et la carte bleue a ete faites sans mon autorisation Je viens de porter plainte pour escroquerie ! Societe de touriste, le responsable de l'agence Agence est un touriste en Bermuda Ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, ni de francais A fuir et vite ...!!!!!
Do not go to this company, they are really thieves, I checked out the car everything was fine, the next day EUR950 was taken from my bank account, without any authorization on my part...!! !!!!!! I contacted the complaints service, I was told, You went through a service provider, deal with the service provider but I nevertheless rented from Avis and the credit card was issued without my authorization I have just filed a complaint for fraud! Tourist company, the head of the Agency agency is a tourist in Bermuda Does not speak a word of English or French To flee and quickly...!!!!!
Unfassbar schlechte Erfahrung, was den Service betrifft. Die Grunde sind folgende: 1. Als ich am Samstag um 9 Uhr ankam um das Auto abzuholen, war erstmal niemand da. Es hing zwar ein Schild dort, man wurde gerade eine Ausser Haus-Lieferung durchfuhren, allerdings hatte man keine Ahnung, wie lange es dauern wurde. Zum Gluck kam aber nach ca. 10 min jemand. 2. Der Mitarbeiter sprach kaum Englisch. Ich finde, das kann man bei einer Autovermietung durchaus erwarten. 3. Mir wurde gesagt, der Tank sei voll und ich solle das Auto vollgetankt zuruckgeben. Die Anzeige sah zunachst voll aus, wurde dann aber sehr schnell leerer - normalerweise bleibt die Anzeige erstmal eine Weile auf voll. Nachdem ich selber getankt hatte, und der Tank knapp 100km mehr anzeigte (wie auch schon bei einem meiner Vorredner), habe ich gemerkt, dass der Tank keineswegs voll war. Ich finde das ziemlich unfair und es scheint auch kein Einzelfall gewesen zu sein. 4. Die Ruckgabe war purer Stress. Man hat mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt daruber informiert, dass das Tor geschlossen sein wurde. Ich hatte einen Ruckgabebriefkasten am Buro gesehen und gedacht, dass dort die Ruckgabe erfolgt. Ich stand dann vor verschlossenen Toren und habe nur durch die Rezensionen herausgefunden, was ich jetzt machen soll. Es gab keinen Parkplatz in der Nahe und keine E-Mail-Adresse, an die ich den Standort hatte schicken konnen. Die zwei Sterne gibt es fur das Auto selbst. Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, dass ich sehr enttauscht bin und mir die Aktion mehr Stress als Freude gemacht hat. Ich habe schon oft Autos gemietet, aber so eine Erfahrung noch nie gemacht.
Incredibly bad experience as far as service is concerned. The reasons are as follows: 1. When I arrived at 9 a.m. on Saturday to pick up the car, there was no one there. There was a sign there saying they were doing an out-of-home delivery, but they had no idea how long it would take. Luckily, someone came after about 10 minutes. 2. The employee barely spoke English. I think you can definitely expect that from a car rental company. 3. I was told the tank was full and I should return the car with a full tank. The display looked full at first, but then became empty very quickly - normally the display stays full for a while. After I filled up myself and the tank showed almost 100km more (like one of the previous speakers), I noticed that the tank was by no means full. I think that's pretty unfair and it doesn't seem to have been an isolated incident. 4. The return was pure stress. At no point was I informed that the gate would be closed. I saw a return mailbox at the office and thought that's where the return takes place. I then stood in front of closed gates and only found out what I should do now through the reviews. There was no parking nearby and no email address to send the location to. The two stars are for the car itself. Otherwise I can only say that I am very disappointed and that the campaign caused me more stress than joy. I've rented cars many times before, but never had an experience like this.
El servicio fue excelente. Me fueron a buscar a un punto pues no conseguia taxi para llegar a la oficina a tiempo. El chico que me atendio (Luis creo) fue de lo mas amable y servicial. Todo fantastico. Elena
The service was excellent. They went to pick me up at a point because I couldn't get a taxi to get to the office on time. The guy who helped me (I think Luis) was very friendly and helpful. Everything fantastic. Elena
Muy buen servicio. Alquilamos un coche y fueron rapidos en la tramitacion y entrega del vehiculo, estaba nuevo, limpio y buen coche por el precio, a la hora de devolverlo tampoco te entretienen mucho pues con la tablet ya visualizan los datos del coche y si esta todo bien, listo.
Very good service. We rented a car and they were quick in processing and delivering the vehicle, it was new, clean and a good car for the price, when it came to returning it they didn't entertain you much either because with the tablet they already displayed the car's data and if everything was fine, ready.
Good staff, professional and deliver a fast service.
Still great service add an extra driver. Chance the location to return the car. And keep the car a few days longer.all this was not An issues
Great service and really friendly and helpful staff.. Despite my pigeon Spanish they could luckily speak english and I could extend my booking very easily
