Hotel Vertice Sevilla Aljarafe in Bormujos

I can't say enough about the staff, truly amazing customer service! Everyone of them were very friendly & personable, thank you all!!! Hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, large room & bathroom. Kettle available in room but no tea or coffee. Location is not far from center, I had a car, it's about a 15 min drive. Very reasonable price which I am grateful for!! Happy trails!

unfortunately i booked this hotel for two weeks and payed full price which is not refundable. it's quite difficult. If you don't speak Spanish, the location is 30 minutes away from Sevilla . You can't find any restaurants, cafes, or any grocery shops nearby. Uber Eats also doesn't deliver to this far location , Uber drive will take up to 20 minutes for a fast ride because the hotel is on nowhere. Room cleanliness is an absolute zero. They don't change the bedsheets , as I mentioned I stayed for two weeks for a business trip so most of the times I was out when I came back, the bedsheets were not changed because I had a makeup stain on it and it was there throughout my whole day in this hotel they just redo the bed. Talking about the bed I will inset a pic of the blankets that they use ... I have never in my life seen a hotel that uses these kind of blankets, what im used to is freshly washed white fluffy blankets. Cleaning wise I don't think they clean. They just change the recycle bins that's all and they do bring new towels that smells bad. Security and safety wise. I will also insert a picture of my room door lock, and you can simply guess if it's secured properly or not. The only good advantage, though is the price, but I don't think it's worth it at all. Please just work on your cleanliness and customer service overall of the hotel and also give your visitors some water bottles in the room.

COCKROACHES!!!! I was going to stay in the apartments for 2 days, but we had to leave early because of cockroaches all over the place. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and then I saw black stuff on the walls, counters, floor. And my first thought was that they were silverfish, but when I got closer and turned on all the lights and I saw that they were roaches. I never had this type of experience before, it was horrible. We booked another hotel and went away. Never coming back, don't recommend it at all. The prices are cheap, but not that cheap! I'm posting a picture (can't post video)

The rooms were extremely hot! We had to endure the heat for over an hour before their poor AC units got the temp down to a tolerable level. They offered to send a technician to one of our rooms that did not cool down at all, but they refused to move us to a lower flat where the rooms were cooler.

First visit was not good as our room had no refrigerator or water compliment and the receptionist was not forthcoming with information or complimentary water apart from get it from the floor machine which did not work. We saw 3 persons loose money in the machine and the responses were its not our machine. After several attempts she actually gave us 2 small bottles. Our beds were rock hard and uncomfortable- terrible. On our second visit it was exactly the opposite. We had a refrigerator and complimentary water. The room was in a much better location and clean and nice comfortable beds. Receptionist was nice and did her job well Maybe the first time was that we arrived at 11.30pm. Not explainable. However we will go again one day. The restaurants were great value

Good 2 night stay. Room comfortable, very clean. Bit out of the way for center but not a bid deal. Service great. Would stay again.

Well positioned hotel for Portugal side of Sevilla bus available into Sevilla 30min service hotel has restaurant bar swimming pool coffee machine. Very polite staff, clean and well maintained

Good and huge hotel directly at the Autovia ( 6 lane highway). Beds were not bad. Rooms were spacey and clean. No fridge. Cheap drinks and snacks in the many vending machines! bathtubs. Noise insulated windows, which kept the noise of the highway out perfectly. CAUTION: Don't book a room facing the highway, if you plan to open the window. Big pool. Large variety of options for breakfast. Our only complaint was the quality of most of the products. The hotel staff seemed satisfied with breakfast, though, as they served themselves. So maybe our expectations are too high? We would book here again, but preferably have breakfast at another place. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. The maids were extremely lovely.
