Ho noleggiato una macchina da Albeca Auto per un mese, e si e rotta tre giorni prima della fine del noleggio. Nonostante il problema fosse un difetto della vettura e non causato da me, mi hanno fatto perdere un giorno di noleggio (che costa 50 euro), senza restituirmelo. Mi hanno dato una macchina sostitutiva di pessima qualita, molto inferiore a quanto avevo pagato, e solo dopo insistenze e una chiamata alla sede centrale. In piu, mi hanno chiesto una carta di credito per l'auto sostitutiva, quando nel contratto non era menzionato. Risultato: mi sono ritrovata con 70 euro in meno per il supplemento chilometrico, che giustamente era previsto, ma stanno anche pensando di farmi pagare il lavaggio della macchina. Questo e assurdo, visto che l'auto si e rotta tre giorni prima della restituzione, rendendo impossibile per me trovare il tempo di lavarla. Se mi consegnano una macchina difettosa, non posso essere penalizzata ulteriormente. Il limite di 1000 chilometri per un mese di noleggio e ridicolo: equivalgono all'incirca a 33 chilometri al giorno, costringendo a pagare 18 euro per ogni 100 chilometri in piu. Un vincolo estremamente limitante che rende l'esperienza ancora piu frustrante. Oltre a cio, sono stati molto lenti e scortesi. Ho dovuto fare tutto io quando si e rotta la vettura, ribadisco per un problema dell'auto e non causato da me: mi hanno chiesto di chiamare l'assistenza, il carro attrezzi e persino l'assicurazione, quando queste cose dovrebbero gestirle loro. Io ho pagato oltre 700 euro per un servizio pessimo, e ora dubito che mi restituiranno una parte di quanto speso. Unica stella rivolta al signore alla sede di Borgo Grappa e stato gentile e disponibile. Peccato lavori per Albeca Auto, una compagnia che non consiglio assolutamente.
I rented a car from Albeca Auto for a month, and it broke down three days before the end of the rental. Even though the problem was a defect in the car and not caused by me, they made me lose a day of rental (which costs 50 euros), without giving it back to me. They gave me a very poor quality replacement machine, much less than I paid for, and only after persistence and a call to head office. Plus, they asked me for a credit card for the replacement car, when it wasn't mentioned in the contract. Result: I found myself with 70 euros less for the mileage supplement, which was rightly expected, but they are also thinking of making me pay for the car wash. This is absurd, given that the car broke down three days before returning it, making it impossible for me to find time to wash it. If they deliver a defective machine to me, I cannot be penalized further. The limit of 1000 kilometers for a month's rental is ridiculous: it is roughly equivalent to 33 kilometers per day, forcing you to pay 18 euros for every additional 100 kilometres. An extremely limiting constraint that makes the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, they were very slow and rude. I had to do everything myself when the car broke down, I repeat it was due to a problem with the car and not caused by me: they asked me to call assistance, the tow truck and even the insurance company, when they should be managing these things. I paid over 700 euros for a terrible service, and now I doubt they will refund me part of what I spent. The only star given to the gentleman at the Borgo Grappa office was kind and helpful. Too bad you work for Albeca Auto, a company that I absolutely do not recommend.

Personale molto accomodante peccato pero che poco competente ci hanno fornito una macchina senza luci e senza gomme da neve che in inverno dovrebbe essere una priorita specialmente se devi fare un viaggio al nord
Very accommodating staff, it's a pity that they were not very competent, they provided us with a car without lights and without snow tires which in winter should be a priority especially if you have to make a trip to the north
