The start was great, we were able to immediately join a group without a reservation. After a very short explanation, we calmly left the harbor and then we hit the gas! The instructor was gone, only occasionally looking back but mainly concerned with himself. Then it was time for a photo moment, which seemed very promising! Upon returning to the port, we walked all the way back to the ticket office where they explained that you can scan a QR code to be added to a WhatsApp group for the photos. I didnt have my phone with me but this wasnt a problem - send us a message via Instagram and well add you . No sooner said than done, but 0 response. Three (3!) reminders sent with ultimately no result. After three days I called. Was able to send an app to a number and was eventually added to that WhatsApp group, but now it comes: We only Share the Photos one time . After repeated requests, I am now ignored as a customer, while it is a small effort to send the photos in question via WhatsApp. Very disappointing for an excursion for which you paid a lot of money! Come on Tania, that could really be better and you could have had me as a fan.

Begin was top, we konden zonder reservering meteen aansluiten bij een groep. Na een hele korte uitleg rustig de haven uit gevaren en daarna ging het gas erop! Weg was de instructeur, slechts af en toe achterom kijkend maar voornamelijk bezig met zichzelf. Toen even tijd voor een foto moment, dat leek veel belovend! Bij terugkomst in de haven het hele stuk weer terug gelopen naar de kaartverkoop waar ze uitleggen dat je een QR code mag scannen om toegevoegd te worden aan een whatsapp groep voor de foto s. Ik had mijn mobiel niet mee maar dit was geen probleem - stuur ons een bericht via Instagram dan voegen we je toe . Zo gezegd zo gedaan maar 0 reactie. Drie (3!) herinneringen gestuurd met uiteindelijk geen resultaat. Na drie dagen dan maar gebeld. Kon een app sturen naar een nummer en ben uiteindelijk toegevoegd aan die whatsapp groep maar nu komt het: We only Share the Photos one time . Na herhaaldelijke verzoeken wordt ik als klant nu genegeerd terwijl het een kleine moeite is om de betreffende foto s via whatsapp door te sturen. Zeer teleurstellend voor een excursie waar je toch serieus veel geld voor betaald! Kom op Tania, dat kan echt beter en je had mij als fan kunnen hebben.
