Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cleaning quality was much lower than I expected. After they supposedly cleaned my car, two days later, the odors and stains returned, apart from the areas that had not even been touched. Additionally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested and did not pay attention to my concerns when I mentioned the problems with the cleaning and roll down the window and the smell will go away on its own was their phrase to make it completely clear to me that they had not given it the necessary attention. Not only did I not receive a solution, but I also felt like my opinion as a customer was not valued. I left the car on a Tuesday afternoon and on Thursday morning it was supposed to be ready to go, when clearly if you do a comprehensive and thorough cleaning, leaving the seats completely wet, in a little less than a day you will know that it is not all the work you expect to be done. The belts left them much worse than they were and was not the focus of the problem. If they already knew that they would not be able to give them the solution they expected, if you are really a good professional, what less than making things clear and letting the client decide. After evaluating the opinions of other professionals that I have had to go to and all the conclusions have been they did not work on your car I definitely would not recommend this place if you are looking for quality service. No solo no recibi una solucion, sino que tambien senti que no valoraban mi opinion como cliente. Deje el coche un martes por la tarde y el jueves por la manana se supone que ya estaba listo para llevar, cuando claramente si le haces una limpieza integral y a fondo, dejando los asientos completamente mojados, en poco menos de un dia sabes que no esta todo el trabajo que esperas que se haga. los cinturones los dejaron mucho peor de lo que estaban y no era el foco del problema. Si ya sabian que no podrian darle la solucion que esperaba, si realmente eres un buen profesional, que menos que dejar las cosas claras y que el cliente decida. Despues de valorar las opiniones de otros profesionales a los que he tenido que acudir y que todas las conclusiones hayan sido no te han trabajado el coche definitivamente no recomendaria este lugar si buscas un servicio de calidad. Hay muchas otras opciones que ofrecen un mejor trato y atencion a los detalles y por supuesto mas economico GOLF 6 GTI - 2009
