The rental was smooth and everything was good.
Stay away from this place. Terrible experience. The service was awful. The bureaucracy at the beginning took 1 hour. After that we went for gasoline and we discovered that they gave us a broken car with a lot of issues (just 10 km from the place of renting). They let us drive back to the place and then wait for 2 hours to have news about the possibility of having a substitute car or not. We asked for an "hoja de reclamaciones". After that, at the moment of devolution, they took a week to give us back the deposit without answering our messages.
We rented a car for three days, it was very handy and clean. They were very nice and even if we didn't speak Spanish we managed to communicate in English perfectly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great experience with them, gave us the car and explained all we needed to know easily. Very attentive. Rented for a whole week with no issues at all. The return was smooth, and the car was great. We did a road trip and the vehicle lived up to expectation.
Friendly guys at our pickup location, suggested we drop off in a more central location which was great and no extra cost. Nice Kia to drive, quite new and comfortable, easy return to Deusto location and deposit promptly refunded. Would definitely recommend.
We rented a small car for the day, which was virtually new. Ignacio was charming and sorted us out quickly despite it being busy and we were able to visit the pretty seaside villages near to Bilbao. He also gave us plenty tips for where to go around. It's a small operation but recommended
