Very good service and competitive price. Everybody give to us a very fast e complete service and we need 10 min to have the car and 3 min to give the car back. Amazing

STAY AWAY! Avoid problems and surprises during your trip. They are full of secret fees. They don't provide one extra tyre for example, in case you get a flat one you are forced to pay an extra insurance and the tow service (it's no included if you pay the insurance from the web site). If you cross the border they charge you 20 euros per day. I was charged two times and had to ask for reimbursement after dropping off the car, during the call the man who answered the phone was completely rude. I don't recommend!

Hiring a car abroad is not the best experience I had in the past. However at record Go in the centre, it was a Great experience. Pick up was very easy and we got great tips for places to see. Drop off was also very Quick.

What a seamless car hire experience! Very friendly staff, easy car pick-up and an offering of just a EUR105 extra local insurance that avoids having to put down a big insurance deposit and takes away so much of the anxiety that often comes with hiring a car! The fuel deposit is reasonable (EUR95), and was refunded within days of us dropping the car back with a full tank. The car we hired was in great condition and served all our needs. Definitely recommend this company to hire a car in Bilbao!

Very smooth and straight forward experience. Car was lovely and as described, an IGAR class (Lexus UX 250) that was flawlessly and very fuel efficient. Staff were brilliant too, company is consistent in their good service and product.

First time renting a car in Spain and couldn't be any happier. The service at the desk was amazing with very friendly and efficient people. The check-in and drop-off processes were fast and we barely spent any time there. The car itself (Ford Puma, CDMR) was in great working condition, was cleaned spotless inside and out when we got it. Only the CarPlay was being troublesome at times. The pricing was excellent and would use them again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience renting an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Record go Rent a Car in Bilbao. I rented the car for a week, and it was a seamless and enjoyable experience. The rental office is conveniently located, and the pricing was reasonable. When I arrived, the car was ready on time and in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous, making the process even more enjoyable. What truly impressed me was their exceptional customer service. When we returned the car, my wife realized she had left her eyeglass case in the vehicle. I contacted the office, even after we had already left Bilbao, and they went above and beyond to help us locate the case. They even offered to send it to us through mail, and we're currently awaiting its delivery. We're incredibly grateful to the staff at Record go in Bilbao for their kindness and willingness to assist. The only minor inconvenience was finding a gas station in the city, so I recommend planning ahead when returning the car. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Record go Rent a Car in Bilbao to all our friends. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

While traveling with my mom and sister, we rented the car to see parts of Spain. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. The gentleman gave us a map with a bunch of little towns and recommended different locations with different things to do. Our car we were supposed to have wasn't there when we arrived and instead of having us wait, they gave us an upgraded car free of charge! Would definitely use this service again
