Please avoid this rent car company in Bilbalo!!! Fraudsters on foreigners!!! I have very very bad experience with night drop off keys box. Company charged me extra money from my credit card for false claim of demage. They did not reacted on any of my mails and you can't reach them on phone when speaking english. I provided them proper documentation that the car was 100% ok and that they are trying to do a fraud of not existing demage. Horrible customer experience.
We rented a nice Citroen at the Hertz Deusto location in Bilbao. It included the Hertz on board navigation system, which I will now always choose whenever I'm driving on unfamiliar roads. (It was especially useful getting out of and back into Bilbao.) Hertz navigation is so superior to the mobile phone apps, and it was easy to use. Most importantly, we were super impressed with the Hertz staff there, especially Lander, who went out of his way to be helpful, professional, and friendly from check-out to check-in. He is a great representative for the company. I will definitely rent from this location the next time I'm in Bilbao.

Car was in good condition but the staff were super un-friendly, and customer support is just terrible. Easy pickup and dropoff. We've asked to waive the fueling option and returned the car with full tank. To our surprise we were charged an expensive fee and can't hear back from the non-existent customer support even after 3 weeks. Still waiting for a refund.
Everything was very good. Reasonable price, good new car, very friendly staff. I can only recommend it.

Charged me an extra day because they were closed all afternoon. I had to return later (ruining my afternoon plans) to suit THEIR schedule. I would say they didn't value my convenience, but they priced it at -50EUR.
Wonderful experience! Have had bad experiences with other companies so decided to try Hertz. Very happy with choice. Helpful staff and costs are clear with no extra hidden fees at return.
