Company has attempted to charge me over 300 EUR claiming false damages had occurred to the vehicle I rented. The first invoice had no actual information regarding what the supposed damages were with a fee of 171,40 EUR. When I requested for a statement of the damages the damage fees had been increased to 273,41 EUR, still with no breakdown of the supposed damages. After requesting a call from management, an actual invoice with breakdown was provided, and my card on file was charged 304.71 EUR. The company is attempting to charge COMMON WEAR items such as burnt-out lightbulbs, and scraped hubcaps that were already documented with photos prior to leaving the rental lot. Please be wary of this company and plan to lose your insurance deductible.

They try to sell you double insurance and say you have your deposit back in 5 to 6 working days after returning the car but they keep your deposit for a month! Unfriendly service for renting but a nice guy dropping of at the airport. I will never hire here again.

Unfair rip-off. We returned the vehicle in its original condition. When the car was returned, a virtually invisible scratch on the lower edge of the front bumper was claimed and 150 euros were charged. Im sure I didnt cause this. It was raining heavily when we rented the vehicle and we unfortunately neglected to look at the car with a microscope for damage... This took its toll when we returned it, the employees meticulously and lengthily searched the vehicle for small things and of course something found. Strongly advise everyone not to use this rental car company! This seems to be a rip-off pattern, as you can see from the other reviews.

Wir haben das Fahrzeug im ursprunglichen Zustand zuruckgegeben, bei Ruckgabe des Autos wurde dann ein quasi unsichtbarer Kratzer an der Unterkante der vorderen Stossstange geltend gemacht und mit 150 Euro berechnet. Ich bin sicher, diesen nicht verursacht zu haben. Bei der Ausleihe des Fahrzeuges hat es in Stromen geregnet und wir haben leider versaumt, uns das Auto mit einem Mikroskop auf Schaden anzusehen Das hat sich dann bei der Ruckgabe geracht, die Mitarbeiter haben das Fahrzeug akribisch und langwierig auf Kleinigkeiten hin abgesucht und naturlich etwas gefunden. Rate allen von dieser Mietwagenfirma dringend ab! Es scheint sich hier um ein Abzockemuster zu handeln, wie man auch bei den anderen Bewertungen sieht.

Exceptional treatment, I have read a comment about problems with the English card but it is not true, I have it and I dont need anything. (Also getting the DVLA code takes 5 minutes online) because I can only put 5 but I would put 10
