Lots of negative reviews, however we had a great experience with Enterprise. The lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Our child booster seat we requested was present, we could even choose a bigger car, because we're a family of 4. We did book the car through Sunny Cars, not Enterprise directly. So we had a backup company if anything went wrong.

Refused to honour a reservation based on company policy that isn't shared with the public. Wouldn't show us what the policy was or why we were refused. We had all documentation etc. based on the enterprise website and the governments of Spain and the UK, still no car. Europcar (also in the station) were very helpful to get us out the hole Enterprise dug, and let us know we had everything correct.

concerns car pick up Sep 29, 10:44 Bilbao Central Station, Mr. Miguel. it was quite busy and some customers were somewhat grumpy and impatient. Mr. Miguel was despite the working pressure very friendly and patient to help his customer. he worked fast with a welcoming smile and delivered the information and -car fast, super clear and providing us the welcomed option to upgrade (lots of luggages).we returned the car earlier and we received prepaid monies back as Miguel told us, no hassle at all. in short, dear Mr. Miguel, you made our days! with the AUDIA A6 Avant licensplate ending with MJJ. many thanks for this.

Horrible experience. This place allows you to book online without telling you that they WILL NOT rent you a car without an international license. My husband and I are from the US and have driven all over the world, and "technically" you need the international license everywhere. However, this is the first place we have ever encountered that would simply not rent us a car. They were also extremely rude and did not acknowledge that their website should really tell you that they enforce having an international license before you plan your whole vacation around having a car. We went to Sixt next door and got a car from them with no problem. I will be giving Sixt a 5 star review.

We went because our vehicle had to be towed away and they gave us a replacement car. The guy who helped us was very very friendly and explained everything to us perfectly. They gave us a very recent car with plenty of power, taking into account that it was only a replacement vehicle. Very good experience. Furthermore, they had reserved it for us for 11 but an hour before they were already giving it to us. I recommend :)

No revisan los vehiculos en el acto en la entrega sino que te dicen dejalo por ahi en el parking donde puedas y lo revisan mas de media hora despues, conociendo el tipo de gente que pasa por la zona (una de las mas conflictivas de Bilbao). El resultado es sorpresa vehiculo con danos cuya reparacion cargamos a la fianza o pasamos directamente junto con el cargo de alquiler para que no puedas rechazar el pago. Ademas de todo ello malas formas cuando les informas de que tienen que proceder a pedir imagenes de las camaras de seguridad antes de proceder a cargarte unos danos cuya unica legitimidad es la de su palabra contra la del cliente. Evidentemente no vuelvo a reservar con ellos ningun vehiculo y voy a hacer todo lo posible para que nadie que conozca reserve con esta gente.

I give it a star because I cant give it a 0. We booked a 6-seater car with enterprise in advance, which was our surprise when we arrived and they gave us several problems about our rental (requirements that they had not told us about previously), such as that If it was 6 people we had to change to a credit card and not a debit card, and change the cardholder. On top of that, we didnt receive any help at the counter and they asked us to solve it online (with them being there). After several hours trying to solve it, when we were able to have everything they asked for, they told us that they did not have cars to give us. SO, WHERE WAS THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED? Anyway, everything smells a little bad. Finally, they told us that the cancellation costs were 55 when we MANDATORY canceled for them, and they have not even stopped to repair that error. So if I have to summarize Enterprise; disastrous attention, they take money that does not belong to them and offer cars that they do not have. Of course, neither I, nor my family, nor my friends or their families will ever think of returning to Enterprise. PS: We thank the girl from Hertz who helped us a lot after this situation.

Entonces, ?DONDE ESTABA EL COCHE QUE NOSOTRAS HABIAMOS RESERVADO? En fin, huele todo un poco mal. Para finalizar, nos dijeron que los costes de cancelacion eran de 55 cuando nosotras cancelamos de forma OBLIGATORIA por ellos, y ni siquiera han parado en reparar ese error. Asi que si tengo que resumir a Enterprise; atencion nefasta, se llevan un dinero que no les corresponde y ofrecen coches que no tienen. Desde luego, ni a mi, ni a mis familiares, ni a mis amigas/os ni a sus familiares se nos ocurrira volver a Enterprise. PD: agradecemos a la chica de Hertz que nos ayudo mucho tras esta situacion.

Sinceramente, me parece bastante mal este comportamiento y mas teniendo en cuenta que fueron los de Europcar los que me han dicho que aparque en otras plazas cuando no queden libres, pero lo mas fuerte es que los propios de Enterprise me han dicho lo mismo cuando he alquilado un coche con ellos. Los clientes que venimos de estar trabajando todo el dia, cansados, y con ganas de terminar el dia, lo que menos estamos buscando es que nos toquen las narices con semejante chorradas. La proxima vez que me falle Europcar y necesite alquilar un coche me ire a Six y por otro lado, me encargare que la empresa en la que trabajo (alquilamos en toda Espana 80 vehiculos al dia) le llegue mi queja para que, espero, tomen las medidas pertinentes y den aviso al Corte Ingles para que busquen alternativas.
