Worst experience. We paid for the car via website, we arrived to get the car at 1300 at -4 floor as it was written on the website, there were nothing; then we found it on -1 floor. It was closed!!! It is closed from 13-16. Who can imagine a car rent be closed on the bus station in the peak day time?? Ruined our day

Excellence service and good value. We rented a VW Golf which drove really well but had real safety issues with the computer driving aid which could not be turned off. We had the car for a week during which on 3 occasions the car decided to slam its breaks on advising on either a collision or over speed. On one occasion we were doing 110kph on the motorway and suddenly a 30kph sign appeared on the dash and the car slammed the brakes on, luckily we had nobody behind us. On another occasion the car slammed its brakes on and a collision warning appeared despite nothing in front of us. Also a warning telling me to get into the middle of the lane appeared a few times despite being in the middle of the lane. I do not recommend renting a car that has features that cannot be turned off. On returning the car the agent advised that the car would be looked at however that is a little late.

I needed to return a car after hours (key drop). Arriving at the office, there were no instructions or any place to leave the car. After calling the airport location, the answer was "find where to park on the street, then drop the key". Good luck with that in that neighborhood. The next day, no confirmation that the car was received arrived 4 hours after the office was opened. Calling the office, they hung the phone on me 4 times. So I had to drop everything and go there, just to be greeted with "there were people here, so it's hard to answer the phone". I guess they never heard of "please hold", or "please leave your number and we will call back". Turns out they only intended to send confirmations 24 hours later. Why? God knows. Terrible service level.

Shameful, unprofessional and on top of that they steal your money, I rented a car last week, specifically on Wednesday 08/24 I returned it the same day, they charged me a deposit for the gasoline, which I left full, they still delivered it to me, and they told me that That deposit was returned to me as soon as I delivered the car, because today Im still waiting after almost a week, and on top of that, today they charged me 90.46 from my account from AVIS without knowing what it is, Im trying to get in touch and there is no way, I hope they return my money or I will take other measures, why does it seem shameful and unprofessional to me that a company does things like this.

TERRIBLE BUDGET SERVICE. Use any other agency I had an accident AND THERE IS NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH A 902. I was only able to communicate with roadside assistance who only recorded my call (or so they told me). Then THEY CHARGED ME MUCH MORE THAN THE FRANCHISE, even though it is written that it is not possible in the contract. Obviously I try to call to find out whats going on and they have me hanging on the phone for more than 20 minutes and when they answer me and I say its due to billing, it magically CUT OFF. Response to budgets comment below my review: Called 3 times and waited more than 20 min. First they cut me off, then they transferred me to France and they cut me off (I booked from a French site). Until someone competent helped me. EVERYTHING TO DECORME THAT FROM BILLING THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. WHO HANDLES IT DAMAGES, WITH WHOM THERE IS NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE EXCEPT BY EMAIL (it takes 15 days to even deign to respond). That it is very rare that they charge you more than The Franchise. MEANWHILE, I HAVE DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT MORE THAN DOUBLE THE FRANCHISE. PEEEESIIIIMOOOOO SERVICE, THEY ARE VERY FAST TO REMOVE THE MONEY WITHOUT GIVING EXPLANATIONS. I made a reservation, they sent me the confirmation with reminders and everything. Come the day, the address provided by Budget was not real, it turned out they closed years ago. I called customer service and the message tells you that they cannot answer the call due to the current situation. I pressed the link for the chat and the message indicated that they do not have the staff to offer assistance. Anyway, DO NOT rent with Budget. By the way, AVIS is from the same company.
