No conociamos la compania y al estar situada la oficina en la terminal de autobuses de Bilbao nos encontramos con ella . Desde luego fue un regalo del cielo pues desde el principio , la atencion de Nuria fue exquisita y nos puso todas las facilidades necesarias para alquilar el vehiculo en un dia de fin de semana y asi poder disfrutar , que asi lo hicimos, de un magnifico dia por la costa . El vehiculo por supuesto limpio y sin problema alguno. Conectamos nuestro movil con los mapas en la pantalla del coche y a la carretera. Cuando volvamos a Bilbao sabremos donde los tenemos .

Alquilamos un coche en Intermodal de Bilbao y el trato recibido por Nuria al alquilarlo fue genial. Tras un dia de ruta por los pueblos, nos robaron la llave del coche y no pudimos llamar a la asistencia porque los telefonos los teniamos en la guantera. Al buscar en internet no encontramos ningun numero de contacto de asistencia en carretera y tuvimos que esperar al dia siguiente para poder contactar con la empresa. A la manana siguiente, Nuria, se porto con nosotros como si el problema hubiera sido personal, teniendo que ir ella misma a por el coche porque la grua no podia remolcarlo. Ojala mas gente como ella tratando con publico. !Muchas gracias, Nuria!
We rented a car at Intermodal in Bilbao and the treatment received by Nuria when renting it was great. After a day of traveling through the towns, our car key was stolen and we couldn't call assistance because we had our phones in the glove compartment. When searching on the internet we did not find any contact number for roadside assistance and we had to wait until the next day to contact the company. The next morning, Nuria behaved with us as if the problem had been personal, having to go get the car herself because the tow truck could not tow it.
