Car Rental Hub in Benissa

I saw the very positive recommendations for Car Rental Hub on a local Facebook group and I was seeking a new car hire company so thought I'd give them a try. Good move! What a fantastic service from the very first contact with Frankie to dropping off the car with Lisa at the end of my rental. The initial contact with Frankie was very quick and responsive and car hire was sorted via email and Whatsapp messaging sending photo of driving license and passport via email. When the day came to pick up the car from the airport I was met by Lisa who met me at the arrivals and took me to the car in the public car park. I was shown the very new and also very clean car both inside and out. Was like getting into a new car. No queuing or waiting around in the car rental car park. No paperwork needed signing as everything had been taken care of in advance. The ticket to exit the car park is paid for by them just after car handover. There was an issue with the ticket machines being down at the airport so Lisa paid the charge at the manned kiosk. To make sure the ticket had been validated properly Lisa said she would wait on the ground floor level barriers for me to make sure I exited the car park OK. Lisa must of waited nearly 10 minutes as I got myself settled in the hire car adjusted mirrors and got comfortable etc. and finally departed. What a fantastic service. It's rare for me that companies meet expectations and even rarer that companies go beyond my expectations and Car Rental Hub did on every level. From initial contact with Frankie, the initial meet and greet with Lisa, the quality of the car and then the final drop off. Drop off back at the airport was easy. A message the day before was from Lisa again saying she would be meeting me the next day. It's nice to have a direct point of contact like this. On the day I let Lisa know my expected time of arrival before I set off to the airport, just needed to handover the parking ticket collected at the barrier and let Lisa know the parking space I'd left the car which I did through a photo on Whatsapp. Was away in a few minutes which was so easy no queuing at desks like at the car rental companies based at the airport. I will definitely be using Car Rental Hub again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a car whether from the airport or from the location you are staying as they will do a drop off service as well. Also no extras what they quote is what you pay so no nasty surprises! Fantastic job Ladies! My only reservation in recommending them is they become everyone's go to car rental company and they might be booked up when I need a car! But credit where it's due, I will look forward to using Car Rental Hub again.

I've worked in travel for many years and dealt with a lot of car hires companies and I must say the car rental hub are without a doubt the #1 car hire company I've ever used. From the start of booking through to dropping the car back at the airport it's been faultless. Big shout out to Frankie for assisting with my booking and big thanks to Sarah-Jayne for the meet and greet at the airport. I am going back out to Spain in December over Xmas and will certainly be using you again. Well done Car Rental hub.

THE MOST SLICK & SWIFT SET UP EVER! We have needed 5 cars from all over Spain this year so far & this was far and above the best. The initial contact, everything in message & email format, waiting for us as we walked out and we were early. Then walking us directly over to our car 2 minutes away, instruction and the quality of the car was mint. We were out of there in 10 mins, contacted prior to returning with google map links for refuelling & where to leave the car. Again from parking to checking in 10mins as Emma was waiting for us. Incredible service they provide, wish they were at Malaga too. Thanks so much girls .

Such an easy procedure from the first contact to meeting at the airport on arrival and dropping the car off , hassle free, would very highly recommend. No hidden charges like most car rental places, we had a corsa which was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. The staff we dealt with were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I have hired 3 cars at different times from Car Rental Hub, picked up at 1.00am at Alicante Airport. The process is as easy as getting into your own car and carrying on with your journey! No time wasting, you are shown to your fully insured car, load yourselves in and you leave the airport, this is always a bonus when you have an 100km drive ahead of you at 1 in the morning, no time wasting at airport! An absolutely fantastic service and respond quickly to any questions via WhatsApp, lovely people to deal with! Drop off is the same, park up at airport, photograph parking space, and drop keys off with parking ticket to representative in departure area. Brilliant company and people couldn't recommend enough, wish I could give more than 5 stars!

By far the best car rental company we have used out of Alicante Airport. Booking was easy, just messaged Frankie via WhatsApp and she sent the link to pay. We were even able to send pictures of our documents prior to landing to ensure quick collection of car. On arrival they meet you in arrivals, take you to the car and away you go. Literally the time it took to walk to the car park was how long it took to collect the cat.. amazing service. Meet you in the terminal to collect keys on the return. Car was nissan Qasqai it was a high spec model as described with sat nav, carplay, air-conditioning cruise control etc etc. Not your usual basic rental at all! Car was really clean with complimentary water inside which was a nice touch. No parcel shelf, so easy to fit cases inside. Price quoted included all the extra insurances that get added on once you arrive with other companies. The cost was maybe EUR50s more than the cheapest I could find online from a rental company you have to get on a bus to find car once you arrive at Alicante. It was so easy that EUR50 was money well spent to avoid the stress of car hire mayhem in Alicante arrivals hall or carpark. The cancellation policy was very accommodating as well. (I think full refund if you cancel 48hours prior to booking starting). By far the best car hire company operating out of Alicante. Please note picture of cars is at end of holiday.

Fantastic experience start to finish. We were met off the plane in the arrivals area and were walked to the car. The car its self did not disappoint. Our Car Rental Hub representative was very helpful and stayed with us until we were away. Even assisted with the children's seats. Returning the car was equally as pain free. We visit Spain twice a year and intend on being regular customers. Highly recommended.
