this bro agreed on giving the car to me on Sunday at 13:00 for extra charge. Then he didn't answer the phone from 10 AM and wrote me at evening, saying he forgot about my reservation. I agreed to rent a car with him at the next day, with discount. But it turned out, that discounted price got increased up to +20EUR, because I needed a car for 2 days, not for 3, as long as the broski didn't show up at Sunday. Eventually i agreed, but the next day this bro told me he would be in his office until 18, but managed to get some deals to do at 15-16, so he couldn't rent the car. Not recommended, bro thinks he is a free mason who decides whrere he wanna work, despite the fact he has put working hours in google.
