Just dropped a one way rental off and Belen was super helpful! When I picked up the car at Seville it was a different story.. car smelt of someone smoking and only had 1/3 of fuel in it when I was told it was full! I of course had pictures of everything and Belen told me to just fill it back to how it was and everything would be fine. Super friendly and spoke great English.

I had this company Europcar in a concept. But they just abusively withdrew 40.37 from me for a part where I contacted myself and told them that I had placed a part outside the report, I paid it and Europcar never wanted to receive payment support from me, I told them that if everything was ok . And for those who rent with Europcar, be careful with what you sign... well, they tell me that they charge that amount for an administrative fee. Because the authorities report the part that has already been paid but since they do not accept the support, then to identify the driver that is worth it and the cost is that value. Something that is a theft and it is the company that the rent is very expensive, apart from that they charge for things that they should not. Its a bad company, gentlemen, dont let it happen to you.

Pero abusivamente me acaban de retirar 40.37 por un tema de un parte donde yo mismo me comunique y les dije que me habia colocado un parte fuera de informe lo pague y Europcar nunca me quiso recibir el soporte de pago le dije que si ya quedaba todo ok. Y me dijeron que si ya que no hay informe del parte y como lo habia pagado que no llegaba nada, y o sorpresa que hoy 5 de julio de 2024 me han sacado abusivamente el monto mencionado. Y para los que alquilen con Europcar ojo con lo que firman .. pues me dicen que ellos cobran ese monto por cargo administrativo. Porque las autoridades dan informe del parte que ya esta pago pero como ellos no aceptan el soporte pues que por identificar al conductor que eso vale y el coste es ese valor. Algo que es un robo y es la empresa que el alquiler es muy costoso, fuera de eso cobran por cosas que no deben. Que mal esta empresa ojos senores que no les pase.
