Hired a car on Friday, 23rd August 2024 and can honestly say that I had a great experience. It was so simple, picked my car, no deposit, credit card and signed the contract. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, even had the car washed that I had chosen whilst I was completing my details. Great service and value for money and would wholeheartedly recommend El Punto in Benidorm to rent a car.

Excellent service and great quality car. We hired a Mercedes Vito at a moments notice. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. They overcame my lack of language by getting me to whatsapp my requirements so that they could translate them to Spanish and reply accordingly. The vehicle hire price was very reasonable and I will definitely be hiring from them when I next go to benidorm. Thank you everyone at El Punto. A very well deserved 5 stars.

A very profesional and dedicated team . A few days ago i rented a car from victoria. They took me for a ride with the rental price by claiming that i could only rent if i took the full insurance cover. A well know trick used by shady car rental companies to take advantage of tourists. I had no cover issues on my credit card. Still they just said, either take it or leave it. At El Punto the experience was that of a warm welcome. I suggest that everyone that needs to rent a car, go there.
