Been hiring cars here for over 20 years Excellent Service.All ways have No excess on the insurance when in Spain because things happen.Last year i had a brand new Panda the time it took to drive to the big Carrefour 30 minutes parked opposite the shopping entrance and some one tried to break in and busted the door lock (it's only got one)and left it open.I left nothing inside and I and leave the glove box open empty to let them see what is inside?Phone call to Alex (it's 24hours)and it was sorted No charge.All so they send a Christmas card every year so you don't forget about them .This is a friendly Family Business not a big global one with all the hidden T&C.that you read about in the papers.Happy Motoring.

If you are in Benidorm and do not want to spend too much money for a good car, be sure to contact Auto Alex. (And no, that Alex is not me, thats just a coincidence.) Before I rented the car, I had good and honest contact with this car rental company. When we picked up everything was clearly explained again by a very nice and cordial man. The car looked good. Okay, its a rental car and there were a few light scratches on the outside. These were noted and the landlord was very open and honest about what he did and did not consider to be acceptable damage. The tank was half full, and we only had to return the car half full. If I go to Benidorm again, I know where Im going. Thank you for the nice car and the good care!! Rented a car from Auto Alex again this week. Truly a case where humanity was still present. Nice that we were able to rent the same car as in September 2023. Thank you Jorge! Hopefully see you next time!!

Voordat ik de auto huurde had ik een goed en eerlijk contact met deze autoverhuurder. Bij afhalen werd alles duidelijk nogmaals uitgelegd door een hele aardige en hartelijke man. De auto zag er goed uit. Oke het is een huurauto en aan de buitenkant zaten een paar lichte krasjes. Die werden genoteerd en de verhuurder was heel open en eerlijk wat hij wel en niet als toelaatbare schade vond. De tank was half gevuld, en we hoefden de auto ook maar half gevuld te retourneren. Mocht ik weer naar Benidorm gaan dan weet ik waar ik heen ga. Dank je voor de fijne auto en de goede zorgen!! Deze week weer een auto bij Auto Alex gehuurd. Echt een zaak waar menselijkheid nog aanwezig was. Leuk dat we dezelfde auto mochten huren als in september 2023. Dank je Jorge! Hopelijk tot een volgende keer!!
