Rented a great full suspension MTB for the day, and they actually had an XXL frame that worked for my height. Maurece was friendly, spoke great english, and went the extra mile to get the bike ready. Will be back again when I am (hopefully) back in Benicassim next year!

What a great bike shop and rental company. I hired from another for a day first....mistake as the bike was badly prepared, incorrect tyre pressure, bike was too small for me, etc.... Morris at UjiBije was soooo helpful. He gave me a Lapierre bike that was brand new and well prepped. It cost less than PS12 for the full day. I had a great time. Morris speaks perfect English. Great times....see you next February!!

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Today I walked through the store to the counter in the back to ask a question about something I wanted to purchase. The one employee saw me come in, dialed a number on his phone, and spent the next 2 minutes talking to someone. After the call he kept his head down typing something on his phone for a minute. I thought maybe he needed to write down whatever he was talked about, but then he dialed another number and started to talk with someone else. This was over 3 minutes of me standing 6 feet in front of him without him acknowledging me in any manner. As soon as he started the second call I just turned and walked out, never to return to this store.

I have used these guys several times in the past couple of years and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Today I suffered a second puncture in the same tyre after changing the tube, while out on a long ride and called in to see if they could help. I could see my tyres (after 5 years of constant use) needed replacing. Even though they were clearly very busy they took on the job and had me back on the road with two new tyres and tubes within 2 hours of dropping the bike into the store. I also received excellent advice on the pro's and cons of electric bikes and scooters while I was waiting. Great service thanks.

Took 2 bikes in for service. Male and female hybrids. Came out in top rate condition. So much smoother and easier to ride. I realised there was an issue with male bike but not female bike. Wife is now not telling me she cannot cycle as her bike has improved so much. Great service and has got us both enjoying cycling again. Great value also and will be booking both bikes in for service same time next year.

I went to this shop to change the chain and rear brake disc on my bike, and the experience was really disappointing. When I went to pick up my bike, I realized that it was full of stains, which shows a total lack of care and professionalism. Also, to my surprise, the rear brake now barely brakes, which poses a risk to my safety. Not only did they not do a good job, but now my bike is in worse condition than before. I do not recommend this store if you are looking for quality service and care for your bicycle.
