Bathroom smelled of drainage/sewer. Dog was charged a fee as opposed to online info, saying maybe charged. Staff could smile more. Community here imposed restrictions on dogs from entering restaurants and other public places, BUT side walks all over town are fouled with excrement. Positive things were the hotel had good secure parking, a car wash opposite and the weather was good.

Great hotel. The air conditioning was incredible. The TV and WI-FI was great, allowed me to cast my phone to let me watch whatever I wanted. The breakfast was everything I needed to start the day, definitely worth getting up early for! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the gent working reception in the evenings. My Mrs took a tumble in a mosh pit during the festival and cut her knees up (lots of blood) he wouldn't let us go to bed until he'd tended to her wounds and sent her away with extra plasters. Legend!

Second year here and not often you get to say even better than last. A great hotel to relax after fib festivities and looks like some extra touches have been added within hotel. All the staff are awesome and nothings a problem. Breakfast is perfect and location ideal. Will be back!

I was completely fed up with the hotel:||First the reception was not really good then:||In the middle of the night from 24/05 to 25/05/2022 was raining in the bathroom. So I was waked up by listening the water droping down;||2 - They changed us to another room and we cudnt stay there as the smelling was howfull;||3 - They changed to another room and we hardly cud slee+ing as the wind was whistling trough the roof and window at bathroom. Also when at bathroon we turned the light and the air renewal was not working.||So my experience wud say that was not an hotel but a house of horrors.||For me this hotel never again, I'll prefer to slepp in the car then in this hotel.

This is my second time in this lovely small hotel. Everybody is very friendly and helpful, it's very clean, feels safe during the Covid19 pandemic. The restaurant is closed at the moment but they still serve a delicious buffet breakfast with all the safety measurements in place. Two pools on site and they are never crowded. Short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurant right next door.

Having previously stayed at an alternative hotel for the festival and finding it too noisy and busy, we chose to try somewhere different. A lovely, clean but basic hotel with a decent sized pool. They provided a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety to choose from and the hot food was always hot. Staff always able to help and Fran was great. The showers are amazing!

After staying for a week last year I do not understand the good reviews of this hotel. I suppose that being a 2 star, many people expect something disastrous and give it a more lenient rating. The hotel is well located and has good service from all the employees, but the rooms (or at least ours) are very old, dirty and smell terrible. We saw cockroaches, the pillows stank of ear grease, and the mattresses seemed uncomfortable. The buffet is tough, some nights its hard to even get something edible. Breakfast is somewhat better. In general we didnt like it at all, we just wanted the days to pass so we could get out of there.

Despues de una semana alojado el pasado ano no comprendo las buenas valoraciones de este hotel. Supongo que al ser un 2 estrellas mucha gente espera algo desastroso y se puntua de forma mas benevola. El hotel esta bien ubicado y cuenta con un buen servicio por parte de todos los empleados, pero las habitaciones (o al menos la nuestra) son viejisimas, estan sucias y huelen fatal. Vimos cucarachas, las almohadas apestaban a grasa de mil orejas y los colchones nos parecieron incomodos. El buffet es de batalla, algunas noches cuesta incluso conseguir algo comestible. El desayuno es algo mejor. En general no nos gusto nada, solo queriamos que se pasasen los dias para irnos de alli.

What a nice surprise this hotel was!! A pretty patio with tables at the entrance, a functional reception hall, very suitable rooms, very pleasant swimming pool, quiet and not overlooked on the street. Super friendly staff and plentiful breakfast, excellent and for all tastes! I recommend the restaurant Les Barraques next door in the evening: You have 6 steps to take.

I had never been to a 2-star hotel, but we were surprised. 3/ much better than many 4 stars we have been to. Very spacious room, with a terrace, very comfortable mattresses, adapted pool, childrens play garden, terrace with bar, great breakfast, super friendly staff and very very close to the beach and the bar area... I recommend it!!
