Very helpful, supplied inner tubes for me to replace a blowout in my wife's cycle. We returned later to buy spare inner tubes for me and to see if they could replace a seat post. All sorted whilst we waited with a little help from Google translate. Very reasonable cost and great service.

So, so. Rented bikes for a day in October. Bikes ok, attention from the employees bad. A bit more attention, like adjusting the saddle or helmets would for sure have let to a one star increase.

Needing an extra inner tube for my bicycle, I arrived just as they were closing. I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was more than willing to take some extra time to make sure that not only did I get what I needed, he also helped point out some repairs that need to be done. Although I don't speak very good Spanish I was made to feel welcomed and and met with kindness. Thank you so much Energy Bike! I'll see you soon for those repairs.

Rented E-bikes for the day (9:30am-8pm). Staff was very friendly and helped set us up with the bikes in less than 5 minutes. They gave us directions and suggestions on where to go. Helmets were included as well.

I took an Urbanbiker Sydney ebike purchased there with a valid warranty for repair because the rear wheel motor was not working well. They changed it and, after a few months, the screws had fallen off and the wheel was stuck. The reason? They assembled an incorrect engine, different from the original, as confirmed to me by Kibike and Ibem, two serious workshops in Valencia city. Because of this experience I do not recommend this workshop

I rented a bicycle to do the Camino de Santiago and everything was easy. They left me spare tubes and a rack for the saddlebags. 10/10
