Very nice Ford Focus.However delivery was late by 2+ hours.The delivery man said would only be charged extra half day when dropping at airport but this was refused and charged full day. The ' office' in Torrequebrada does not exist and booking is done by WhatsApp.Responses are late and the English is poor. Despite the above the car was clean and reliable.

Received a car with a defect. Cooling leak. The trip turned into a nightmare when every 40 km it was necessary to fill in the liquid. Money for the ruined day was not returned. Conclusion: It is better to take a car in the center.

A very good car rental company! Everything was clarified via WhatsApp. Since we didnt have a credit card, we were able to pay the deposit in cash and got it back without any problems. The car was brought to the hotel by a driver and picked up again after a message to him! Great service. The car itself (Nissan Micra) was slightly damaged and scratches were treated with paint, but it ran well and fulfilled its purpose (getting us from A to B) completely and without any problems! We would rent a car here again!

Eine sehr gute Autovermietung! Geklart wurde alles per WhatsApp. Da wir keine Kreditkarte hatten konnten wir die Kaution auch Cash zahlen und haben sie auch ohne Probleme wieder zuruck bekommen. Das Auto wurde zum Hotel von einem Fahrer gebracht und nach einer Nachricht an ihn wieder abgeholt! Toller Service. Das Auto (Nissan Micra) an sich war schon leicht ladiert und Kratzer mit Farbe bearbeitet, aber an sich lief er gut und hat sein Zweck (uns von A nach B bringen) vollstens und ohne Probleme erfullt! Hier wurden wir wieder ein Auto mieten !

Wat een fijne ervaring bij deze maatschappij. Belden savonds laat en kregen de auto de volgende dag bij het hotel afgeleverd. We zouden de auto eigenlijk 3 dagen huren maar omdat mijn partner ziek was geworden hebben we er maar 1 dag gebruik van kunnen maken en nadat we dit hebben aangegeven was dit geen enkel probleem voor hun en hebben we het geldbedrag teruggekregen
