I needed a car urgently for the next day, and luckily the guys at OSA Cars could help me out. They were nice instantly, the car I got was in a perfect condition. Renting period was flexible, good price and good rental conditions. I percieved a good customer experience and throughout the renting, the car was working properly, all good. Brilliant! Super easy and convenient! We were met by a big smile when we arrived! We rented a car over the day, picked it up in the morning and dropped it off in the afternoon after they had closed. Super convenient. The sign said no hidden fees, and that's exactly right! Highly recommended!

When it was eventually delivered, it was damaged and dirty, but roadworthy. We were sitting around for 45mins after the arranged time, which was frustrating. Then the same thing on collection - another 45mins late, which delayed our trip to to meet friends. They insist you top up the tank for what you used, but don't check it. OSA Cars weren't the worst we've ever used, but definitely not the best.

A good and reliable rental company. You can easily make a reservation on Whatsapp in advance, and it didnt take many minutes for us to be on our way to the shop itself. The car was in good condition and quite new, everything worked really well. We drove for 7 days along the coast and mountains. The price was very competitive and there are no hidden costs. I recommend the place.

I rate the rental company 4 with a plus +contact via the agency in front of the Best Siroco hotel (quickly, efficiently, precisely and without hidden costs) + for handing over the car (max 10 min) + for the cleanliness of the car +for the price of car rental (73 / 2 days) + for full insurance included in the price and no additional costs + for the possibility of leaving the car key at the hotel and being picked up without my presence (need to leave for the airport earlier) -the car is scratched on all sides +- there was a payment terminal, but it did not accept payments from Revolut and I had to pay in cash - for a half-fueled car (1/2 tank of fuel) Overall rating good and service very good. Rental employee Manuel - a very nice man, used a translator to communicate better, explained how to use the car and drew attention to certain legal regulations when using the car, e.g. parking. Apart from general damage, the car is in good working order, I chose this model myself, so I didnt expect an F1 car, but the automatic car coped poorly in mountainous areas (but it always allowed me to get from point A to point B) and in the city it was perfect because it would squeeze into any pothole. Best regards and I recommend this rental company, I hope they do not change their standards in some time.
