Rented a car from Olmedo recently and it was straightforward from start to finish. Very reasonable rates also. Angie was very helpful and on hand to assist//advise for all of the duration. Would rent again

Rented a car for three days and it was the best value and customer service. The lady who runs the business is very kind, helpful, and available 24/7. They even offer a service to drop the rental car off to you. Would highly recommend and will only use Olmedo when in the Benalmadena area!

They brought the car to our apartment, very clear in the communication, good prices, and they collected also after the rental period, honestly very satisfied with them. Next stay for sure I go there again

No arguments, no tricks to take extra money from you like other dragons ( Hertz , enterprise etc ) Every information pick points all discussed in advance , price confirmed as per the Excel sheets .. flexible and generous pick up and drop off timing . We loved everything about their service . They speak Spanish and French English . Will be back in August . Go for it . Probably the best car rental out there in Benelmedina and malaga

Angie made the rental experienced superb! From the first moment the contact (via WhatsApp) was very good. Fast reply, clear explanations and instructions and also by voice message. This all added to a trustworthy and fast car rental arrangement. The arrangement for the pickup was great. The car (Fiat 500) was great and could easily fit 5 persons and made our roadtrips through andalusia comforting, just as the 24/7 service/contact in case anything happens. The drop off was just easy. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting and that would like to rent a car!

No deposit required and lady was very nice and likeable but that's where it ended! We asked for a small Fiat Panda via WhatsApp, we received the price and a sample picture of a prime example of this model. We have always had good experiences with other larger providers, so we did not ask for every detail. Anyway, we got shipped to our hotel a 20 year old vehicle of this model that already had a bad smell, had scratches, the air conditioning didn't cool down properly, and didn't even have an airbag on the passenger side! On the last day I had an accident while pulling out of a parking space as it had no proximity sensors and not even automatic gear shifting. It was my fault of course. But it cannot be denied that with the typical providers such as Europcar etc., where the cars are a maximum of 2 years old, all have automatic systems and sensors and the accident would not have happened. According to the contract we had a contribution of 300EUR and she said that if the damage is less then we have to pay less. 2 days later she sent me a screenshot from the alleged workshop who had estimated 295 EUR. What a coincidence that it wasn't 300EUR! When I asked for an official document from the workshop, she said that this would only be possible in 2 weeks because the workshop currently has no free appointments. For us this everything was not trustworthy at all and the only bad experience with car rental. From now on we only take larger providers or visit them in real life before signing a contract !
