Nice experience. First time renting a car in Spain, very smooth procedure, papers filled in (i've sent the documents before via WhatsApp) at the pick-up, received good child seat as we asked from the beginning, indications and objectives to visit around Malaga and Benalmadena. The car was decent, exactly was i paid for. (Hyundai i20). Recommended 100% these guys.

During my third rental experience at the company, it became evident how unprofessional Finauto is as a rental service. Two months prior to the rental period, I fully paid for a reservation of a seven-seater car with an automatic transmission (EUR577.5). A day before the scheduled pick-up, I received notification that the car would not be available due to a malfunction. While I didn't have an issue with changing the vehicle, the terms they proposed were problematic. The company's owner offered only a 10% discount (~EUR57), which was significantly lower than the cost of renting a manual transmission car as advertised on their website. This situation was not acceptable to me, as the car's unavailability was not my fault (and I would suffer a loss in such a case). During the rental of a manual transmission car, the company agreed to rent it at the price listed on their website (EUR455) and assured me that I would receive a refund within a few days (EUR122,5). The same process was repeated upon returning the car. Currently, it has been two weeks since I returned the car and I still have not received the funds back onto my card. Additionally, they are not responding to any messages.

The person who delivered the car to Malaga Airport was waiting when I arrived and provided me with all the necessary information about the rental, including the rental agreement and insurance options, and gave me a thorough walk-through of the car I was renting. The car was in excellent condition, with low mileage and all the latest features. It was clean, comfortable, and reliable, and I had no issues with it during my rental period. I had some reservations with renting out a car in Spain from some stories I've heard of rental places over here but these guys are incredibly professional. Cars aren't brand new but the price reflects on the age of the car. If you want a hassle free process definitely go with this company.

Nice car rental service, with a reasonable prices and a variety of cars selection for rent. Has 2 offices - in Benalmadena (Arroyo de la Miel) and La Cala de Mijas for your choice and convenience. Personnel is very kind and welcoming. Stands out among other car rental services by prices allowed, which are more attractive. Rented a car for 3 months without any issues, recommend

The booking was great and easy, however the car I rent on the picture was not what I got. It was a outdated car with many bump and scratch not well wash limit dirty. I will not rent a car with them again. I don't recommend this company because of the car conditions. Service is great I must agree

We had a great experience renting a vehicle from FinAuto for our 2-week Andalusia road trip. The online booking process was easy and straight forwards. Unlike other rental car companies, there was no sales pressure to purchase unneeded insurance policies and rental rates were much better than all quotes we had received from the major car rental companies. The car we received was exactly the make/model we had requested. It was a bit older than you normally get when renting a car but the car was in great condition with no issues whatsoever. Pickup/Dropoff was super easy and only took a few minutes. When renting from Malaga airport you will receive your car at a close by off-airport parking lot. Their shuttle service will pick you up at the airport and take you to their parking garage where your rented vehicle will be waiting for you already. This took no more than 10 minutes altogether. I highly recommend Finauto.

Great service from the guys at Finauto. They delivered the car to my place of residence and also picked it up later on. The price was great and it was great value for the service. The car itself was a bit old but it didn't really bother us as we drove mainly small distances. I would definitely recommend and I will surely get a car from them again once I come back to Benalmadena. Thanks
