As train stations go it had everything, trains! Easy machines to use in English or Spanish. Took debit or credit card's. Clean and station and the trains ran on time, not a leaf on the track to stop all rail traffic from Paris to Sicily.

Its easy there is something like a train ! A lot of people use public traffic ! For one zone you pay 1.80 but you can travel a long distance.... I'm happy it is there and use it when I think it's necessary. I got a subscription of 35.80 for one Month or during the hot periods in the summer I'm happy it is there...

Mostly long lines in front of the ticketing machines and the office was always closed when I was there and at different times of the day. And some machines were out of order, typical of some train stations around the world. No not only in Europe. Rude rail guard with no understanding to tourism requirements.

As a foreigner the trains on the Costa are really easy to use. This station is no exception. Multiple ticket machines with English available, a manned ticket desk, elevator access to platforms is available and the service is regular and on time.

I give it one star not because of the train itself, but because of the attention that the workers give you, especially a blonde lady with short hair. A rude face and very little desire to help, when you work in front of the public you have to be kind to the workers or cordial, at no time did I speak to her in a bad way or was I disrespectful, why should she speak to me like that? Good people, very nice town with playgrounds, including the Paloma park going down to Benalmadena coast with a pedestrian promenade and beautiful beaches, not to mention Puerto Marina which is beautiful. I go several times every year and I never get tired.

Soy una usuaria cotidiana de esta estacion y de esta linea, hoy a las 9:15am de las cuatro maquinas expendedoras de billetes no funcionaban 3, como consecuencia hemos perdido el tren, se lo comento al personal de estacion y en vez de disculparse o excusarse me dice que no es su problema. Ni intencionalmente pueden dar peor servicio.
