Have hire many cars over the years, all over the world, but Tom and his Dad, the beating heart of Costa golf by far are the most friendly and helpful company I have used. No one wants any issues with a car you hire but at least with Costa Golf if you have an issue they will deal with it right away. Top class, out standing, place your trust in them.

My girlfriend and i had a very unpleasant experience with Costa Golf car hire. We called the company and agreed upon renting a small car 2 days in advance. Everything seemed to be okay, and the pickup was 10 am. When we arrived, the car dealer was unaware of our agreement of the small car. His colleague told him that our agreement was wrong, and the car that we had booked was more than twice the price of the original one. We had everything planned and packed for a nice day in Gibraltar, so this was not a good start. We asked for discount since the dealer had made a mistake with the size and price for the vehicle, but he refused and got mad at us. He told us that it was our mistake, and asked us in a very impolite way whether we wanted the car or not. In the end we cancelled the deal and we did not get our deposit back:( All in all, a very bad experience with this company. We do not recommend!
