Trato de 10! Personal de 10! No puedo estar mas contenta con esta empresa, fui buscando el regalo perfecto de boda para mi cunada que se casaba en agosto y nos encontramos con Paseos Deluxe. Encontre a Isabel y Pablo, Isabel desde el primer momento me contacto, nos atendio de 10 y nos quedamos con ellos. Pablo, la mejor persona que hemos conocido. ensenandonos todos los coches, contandonos su historia, el dia de la boda fue el mejor chofer de todo, dejandonos hacer sorpresas a la novia, dando vueltas por todo Toledo para que toda la gente viera el coche y a la novia! los novios encantados con el y sobre todo, como remate final, broche final en el Cigarral de las Mercedes, dejando a los invitados que se hagan fotos con el coche. BRUTAL! SIN DUDA VOLVERIA A REPETIR CON ELLOS! MIL GRACIAS POR TODO!!

Increible el coche y espectacular el servicio y la atencion recibida por parte de Paseos Deluxe. Fue uno de los puntos fuertes de la boda, todo el mundo se queria hacer fotos con el coche y supero nuestras expectativas. Todo su equipo es muy atento y profesional. Sin duda, volveria a repetir. El dia de la boda el conductor no se sabia la ruta hasta el lugar de las fotos, un retraso de 30 minutos, las fotos que pudo tomar nuestro proveedor fueron 5, teniamos 25 minutos y al final por no saberse la ruta tuvimos 3 minutos. Por todo lo demas, normal, tuvimos que resolverle el tema de las multas de Madrid Centro nosotros, con lo cual esas gestiones y tiempo que se ahorran. La atencion de Isabel amable, pero con la amabilidad no se va a solucionar todos los inconvenientes generados y el dinero malgastado el dia de mi boda. La verdad es que si me volviera a casar no les contrataria.

Teniamos contratado para mi hermana el Excalibur , y a 1 dia de la boda, 24 horas nada mas , nos dicen que se ha averiado Sin darnos ninguna opcion similar , nos ofrecian un vehiculo moderno y sin ningun descuento , aun no nos han devuelto la senal A ver si con la resena nos la devuelven. Mucho Cuidado futuros novios

We had hired the Excalibur for my sister, and 1 day before the wedding, 24 hours only, they told us that it had broken down Without giving us any similar option, they offered us a modern vehicle and without any discount, they have not yet returned our deposit. Decepcionada ante la poca formalidad con esta empresa, exactamente con el senor Pablo, hace unos meses consulte por un vehiculo precio y disponibilidad exactamente 580 EUR me dieron de presupuesto, me decido a contratar, contacto con ellos por otro tipo de pagina sin saber que eran los mismos y este senor, sin saber ni itinerario me da precio de 700EUR al mismo vehiculo, con lo cual si me da precio es que esta disponible... le indico que ya hablamos anteriormente por WhatsApp y que el precio era mas barato y sorpresa de repente ya no hay disponibilidad de ese vehiculo, en cuestion de segundos ha cambiado todo... salida por parte de este senor "es que te lo he dado de cabeza " ja ja sin preguntar kilometros itinerario recorrido sin saber si usted lo tiene disponible ...decepcionante y rastrero como juegan y abusan del cliente. Por supuesto que este vehiculo ya no esta disponible y aunque estuviera, pero es que no quiero tampoco ningun otro vehiculo de su flota, la formalidad ante todo senor Pablo y ahora responda usted lo que quiera la realidad y la verdad solo tienen un camino. Espero que esta resena sirva para que vean la clase de personas que son.

Bueno que puedo decir de esta familia de coches clasicos... que son todos una maravilla, que me costo decidirme pero no me arrepiento de nada por el coche que cogi! Ellos tanto Isabel como su marido son un encanto !!! Os lo recomiendo 100%
