He tenido una muy mala experiencia con Virtuo esta segunda vez que alquilo con ellos. Me han cobrado 3 veces y le hechan la culpa al banco (en las devolluciones), la factura no ha salido a nombre de la empresa (siendo que cuentan con un sistema Business de compania) y Ornella, la chica de atencion al cliente me ha atendido de muy mala manera. Nadie se hace cargo.
I have had a very bad experience with Virtuo this second time renting with them. They have charged me 3 times and they blame the bank (in the returns), the invoice has not been in the name of the company (since they have a company Business system) and Ornella, the customer service girl, has attended in a very bad way. Nobody takes charge.
Todo muy bien y el coche perfecto excepto porque una vez finalizado el alquiler tardan muchos dias en devolver la fianza de 300EUR que te retienen un dia antes. Es decir, para retenerlo es muy facil pero para devolverlo tardan hasta 10 dias aunque este autorizada la devolucion por parte de Virtuo. Por favor corrijan este sistema. No tienen telefono de atencion al cliente y toda la ayuda que he recibido ha sido esta. Han pasado 10 dias habiles. Sigo esperando... NUNCA MAS volvere a usar sus servicios y me encargare de que ningun conocido mio lo haga.
Everything was very good and the car was perfect except that once the rental is finished it takes many days to return the EUR300 deposit that they retain the day before. That is, it is very easy to retain it, but it takes up to 10 days to return it even if the return is authorized by Virtuo. Please correct this system. They do not have a customer service telephone number and all the help I have received has been this. 10 business days have passed. I'm still waiting... I will NEVER use your services again and I will ensure that no one I know does.

Ho prenotato a circa 50 EUR al giorno una Mercedes Classe A in pieno agosto. Auto perfetta, procedura di consegna/ritiro molto pratica e veloce, possibilita di inviare foto con l'app di danni precedenti e sblocco della cauzione istantanea a fine noleggio. Uno spettacolo!
I booked a Mercedes Class A for around EUR50 a day in the middle of August. Perfect car, very practical and fast delivery/collection procedure, possibility of sending photos with the app of previous damage and instant deposit release at the end of the rental. A spectacle!
