Great company. Responsive support team is always in touch.
On the 3rd day of our carrental we could not open the car with the app. Customer service would send a technician to help us out. This being on a Sunday in Spain we waited for 5 hours. The guy who showed up was clearly not a technician but a towtruck driver. Our contact at customer service finally decided to arrange a cab for us. But then his shift ended, and a colleague followed up, disregarding that we've already wasted 6 hours, and again requested us to wait for another technician. Who, again, was a towtruckdriver without the right kind of tools. In the end we rushed to get the last bus to our destination, and lost a whole vacation day. While we got part of our money back in the end, our problem showed that: if things go wrong, they can go very very wrong. Depending who you find on the other end of the customer service they can be very unhelpful. The second guy at customer service was very unhelpful and his English was obviously limited. Also the communication between the car rental and the technical service providers slowed us down. They didnt inform the technical support that the problem was electronic. I've read many more reviews from Virtuo in other countries detailing the same experience with people losing a vacation day because they are unable to connect and open the car. We received 40 euros car rental credit as an apology, but I'm not gonna risk a Virtuo experience again.

Hired a car for 4 days whole process was quick and easy! Car in lovely condition and was there waiting for me as requested. App really straightforward and easy to use, will definitely be using Virtuo again!
* STAY AWAY* Don't be fooled by the good reviews. When everything is ok they might seem to be ok, but they are an unserious company that doesn't listen nor act to your problems that may appear. They answer very quick when you have problems during rental which is ok, but as soon as problems after rental appears they turn into a ghost of a company. When you buy extra mileage during rental, and you think that the price is what's listed in the app, then you're in big problem. That's just the initial fee. After that they charge you for the same km that you already paid for. And for the last, the app lags alot and can give you mildly heart attacks when it suddenly sometimes says that you have driven too long, and after a short period of time it updates and shows you correctly. Stay away and don't be fooled by the good reviews, i was also happy before the problems emerged.
Everything was super-smooth, from pickup to return.
