This seemed like a good app to try when visiting from the US but the process to register is long. They let you pay with Apple Pay but then want you to hold the card up to take a selfie with it. It was such a waste of time. Don't try using it last minute either because it will take hours for your account to be verified. There are too many hoops to jump through.

Esta resena es en general de Virtuo, no de la oficina esta. Es una estada lo del parking en el aeropuerto. Te cobran 15EUR por un conductor que te lleva el coche. Pero resulta que te lo deja mucho antes, y tienes que hacerte cargo del ticket de parking. A mi me costo 21EUR. En total le tienes que sumar al alquiler los 15EUR mas lo que te toca del parking. Casi un dia de alquiler se hacen con la jugada maestra. Una estafa. Nunca mas

Me confirman la reserva y un dia antes del dia de la recogida del coche van y me cancelan la reserva sin ninguna explicacion o solucion al problema que me generan. Se quedan tan anchos. Gracias por estropear mis planes despues de confiar en vuestro servicio

Do NOT rent from this place! The rental process was smooth, however- 4 days AFTER I returned the car they accused me of smoking and decided to charge a "smoking fee." The garage very much smelt like cigarettes so the employees wanted to blame me, a customer, for it. I let them know that I did NOT smoke whatsoever in the car. I do not smoke at all. They refunded me $180, but decided a day later that they "smelt a strong smoking smell," then took away the refund. I have never experienced such an awful rental experience. I have even told them I am willing to do a cigarette drug test or any drug test of some sort to prove that I did not smoke in the car. Beware of this car company, they are inconsistent, will falsely accuse you, and try to scam you. Never using virtuo again.

BEWARE of this place. I rented from this company for a week in Barcelona and 5 DAYS later, they charged $180 for a smoking fee. I do not smoke AT ALL. Why charge 5 days later? There was no smoke smell at all during the rental process. I had an okay process until this wrongful and false charge happened. Never renting from this service again.

Despues de una reserva de un mes de antelacion, te cancelan 2 horas antes el coche contratado (Con un simple mensaje, nada de llamada). Su solucion es que vuelvas a reservar el vehiculo asumiendo la subida de precio. Pensaros bien antes de contratar con esta empresa ya que son unos sinverguenzas.

Genial opcion de alquiler en comparacion con empresas como europcar. Muy comodo y rapido de acceder. Coches em buenas condiciones, informe de siniestro muy sencillo y claro. Hemos arriesgado y salimos muy contentos, con el servicio, atencion y sobretodo precio. Muy competitivos en el mercado. Esperamos que les vaya bien y podamos volver a alquilar un coche con vosotros Muchas gracias
