Es una empresa de alquilar que no tiene recursos si pasa algo con el coche. He alquilado un coche en Barcelona para ir un dia fuera a la playa. Salir el sabado y volver el domingo. El domingo por la manana al salir del hotel donde nos hospedamos a unos kms me di cuenta que tuve una rueda pinchada. Al mirar cambiarla no hubo pueda de repuesto en el coche. Yo siempre viajo con el seguro mas completo por se acaso. Asi que aqui tambien tuve un seguro que era el "completo". Y al contactar con Virtuo y intentar que me ayuden con el problema, tiraban pelotas fuera y me decian que lo solucionaba con el seguro contratado. Cuando logre que viniera la grua a buscar el coche (lo cual no quiso ni llevar porque no hay ni llave como tal y el asesor tardo otra hora en aclararselo al servicio de la grua), aparte que tenia yo que mandarles la direccion donde va el coche (ellos no son capaces de encargarse de nada) ni tampoco de nuestro viaje de vuelta a Barcelona (estando 130 km mas lejos de casa), en lugar de ofrecernos un coche de sustitucion o la vuelta en coche /taxi ... lo unico que les ocurrio ofrecernos es una vuelta en autobus o en tren. Lo cual no nos conviene. Sino teniamos que pagar parte del viaje porque el seguro que contratamos (su seguro completo= solo se responsabiliza de 120 euros de subvencion ) del viaje de vuelta. Todo ese viaje ha sido un drama la verdad. Por su ineficiencia y falta de recursos. Porque simplemente no habia una rueda de repuesto ni tampoco podrian brindarnos otro coche para continuar nuestro viaje.

El servei no ha complert les expectatives. El cotxe no estava del tot carregat. Ha costat molt obrir el cotxe i sortir de l'aparcament. Al no estar carregat el cotxe he hagut de parar a carregar, aixo m'ha fet sortir de la ruta, fer mes quilometres i a sobre m'ha arribat un recarrec inesperat de 68EUR's per haver carregat el cotxe i haver fet mes quilometres. Un desastre !!
The service has not met expectations. The car was not fully loaded. It took a lot to open the car and get out of the parking lot. As the car was not loaded, I had to stop to load, this made me go off the route, drive more kilometers and on top of that I received an unexpected surcharge of EUR68 for loading the car and driving more kilometers . A disaster!!
En mi opinion,este sistema de reservas,tiene que ser infinitamente mas barato que uno convencional,al no tener una garantia presencial, ningun responsable,para certificar el vehiculo. Y su entrega,ej.Tesla Model 3 NO MAS DE 30 o 40EUR /dia.

Hace ya algo mas de 1 ano alquile un Tesla para agosto. Un alquiler de 10 dias con 6 meses de antelacion. Fue un alquiler con mucha ilusion de probar un coche electrico, pues cuando fui a buscarlo, no se podia abrir. Por algun tema de su sistema de apertura, el coche no habia forma de abrirlo. Contacte con ellos y me respondieron bastante rapido, pero al ser todo virtual no pueden solucionar los problemas en remoto. Pensaba que me darian el Tesla de al lado, pero no. Despues de casi toda la manana para abrir el coche, me dijeron que disponian de otro vehiculo (no electrico y mas pequeno). Como no quedaba otra, fui a buscarlo a otra estacion bastante lejana. Alli me dieron un coche diesel (cuando queria electrico). Me descontaron la diferencia de precio ya que me dieron un coche inferior. El coche que me dieron estaba bien, pero no era lo que buscaba, habria alquilado en otro sitio. Ademas perdi toda la manana (que eran vacaciones) llegando tarde a mi primer destino. Intente que me dieran un Tesla a mitad de alquiler, ya que volvia a pasar por Barcelona, pero era imposible. Incluso al terminar el alquiler que me lo dejaran un fin de semana para poder probarlo en un viaje, aunque fueran por las molestias. Pero lo que me ofrecieron fueron 80EUR de credito que no llegaba ni para 1 dia de alquiler. Logicamente ese credito lo deje caducar ya que no tenia confianza en esta empresa y tambien me he dado de baja de sus sistemas. El coche que me alquilaron tenia una rueda un poco tocada (ya lo puso el anterior usuario) que por suerte no paso nada, pero no deja de ser un peligro. Creo que es habitual en ellos ya que no tienen a nadie para revisar, lo hace el siguiente cliente. Al final con todo virtual estas solo cuando hay algun problema, no tienen linea directa con nadie para solucionar un problema mecanico que pueda surgir, lo que hacen es improvisar. Utilizan a sus propios clientes para saber el estado de sus vehiculos. Esto es como comprar un refresco en una maquina de vending, si lata sale bien perfecto, pero como se quede atascada tienes un problemon. La ilusion que tenia en alquilar ese coche me la mataron, lo de asegurar el modelo de vehiculo es mentira, me amargaron mucho las vacaciones y me compensaron con billetes del Monopoly. He alquilado muchos coches y siempre siempre si no tienen el vehiculo que he solicitado me han dado uno mejor, jamas peor. A mi me perdieron como cliente, no me la pienso jugar otra vez.
A little over 1 year ago I rented a Tesla for August. A 10-day rental with 6 months in advance. I tried to get a Tesla for half the rental, since I was passing through Barcelona again, but it was impossible. Even at the end of the rental, they let me have it for a weekend so I could try it on a trip, even if it was for the inconvenience. But what they offered me was EUR80 credit that wasn't even enough for 1 day's rental. Logically, I let that credit expire since I had no confidence in this company and I have also unsubscribed from their systems. The car they rented me had a slightly damaged wheel (it was already done by the previous user) which luckily nothing happened, but it is still a danger. I think it's common for them since they don't have anyone to review, the next client does it. In the end with everything virtual you are alone when there is a problem, they do not have a direct line to anyone to solve a mechanical problem that may arise, what they do is improvise. They use their own customers to know the status of their vehicles. This is like buying a soft drink from a vending machine, if the can comes out perfect, but if it gets stuck you have a big problem. They killed the hope I had in renting that car, the thing about insuring the vehicle model is a lie, they made my vacation very miserable and they compensated me with Monopoly tickets. I have rented many cars and if they do not have the vehicle I requested they have always given me a better one, never a worse one. They lost me as a client, I'm not going to play it again.
